Wonderful stay as always! Everything was perfect, and the response was very quick in communication. The birds in the back make such a peaceful sanctuary for relaxing. Location and neighborhood are top notch! Hope to book again in the future!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We loved it so much, this was our 2nd stay. Group of 13 friends just hanging out for the weekend. Things that stand out include the absolutely pristine bathrooms and the fully stocked kitchen. All the pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, etc. you need. Lots of places I've been to don't have things like measuring cups but they have everything. When we had questions, response was fast. Nice common area for everyone to hang out in. Just a great place.

We loved staying in this Airbnb! It was extremely clean & had everything you will need from pots and pans to basic seasonings. Beds are super comfortable and everything was what we expected plus more! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for the cozy right at home feeling! Hot tub was a huge plus.

Very clean and spacious place. Sara was super responsive after the first door key number failed. There could be some more kitchen utensils, but all the basics are covered.

Josh was a very friendly, responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was beautiful and close to downtown Helen while still feeling like you’re out in nature. Also the place is huge so had more than enough room for everyone on our trip!

The place was nice and clean. Easy to located everything. We love the backyard, game room and really like the fire pit hang out. Wish we had time to hang out there but we were there for our auntie funeral so we’ve been busy and hardly had time to hang out at the house. I will definitely rent this place again! Also the host was very responsive, nice and friendly. They are very nice people!

Home away from home…beautiful in every way! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and want, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful and beautiful, conveniently located near our daughter. The host was friendly and communicated very well, in addition checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. This place was the calm and relaxing we needed! It was gorgeous, cozy and comfortable! There was tons to do locally and lots of outdoor activities. The best part was the hot tub after a day of hiking! 10/10 Will be back on our next trip. Host Scott was responsive and attentive.

We enjoyed our three night stay very much. We love to walk, but yet being just a few short blocks away from Main St meant we could walk everywhere yet have a quiet place to sleep at night. The parking, while not a dedicated spot, was never an issue - always right out front. The kitchen had just what we needed since we only planned to have breakfast each morning.

This is honestly one of the best places to stay in the area! The hosts are so kind and polite; they treated me like family. They are genuinely some of the kindest people. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has everything you could possibly need. I actually specifically booked this listing again because I stayed here a few years ago and was so impressed with my experience. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Sandy Springs area!

Awesome Stay! This property granted our Girls Getaway more than we expected. The view from the house was Spectacular. The Chic and Modern decor was perfect for us! lots of room inside and outside. High grade appliances were a super plus, everything was top notch. Plenty of plates, utensils and glass ware. We are looking forward to returning to the property in a warmer month to enjoy the lake. However, we did take advantage of the two outdoor seating area with firepits.

Fantastic stay! The villa was pristine and the view is unbeatable. Lots to do in the community, and nearby in Canton. Troy and his wife were fantastic hosts and went above and beyond to help us explore the community for a potential future move. We highly recommend!!

Sheila is a true gem! We evacuated from hurricane Milton and she showed true compassion. She went above and beyond with hospitality and communication. I would highly recommend this Airbnb in big canoe. What a fantastic escape from all the stress at home! We will be back and we will request Shelia’s cabin.

If you’re looking for a place to host family, friends, and children, this is it. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the entire space had a cozy, welcoming feel. The couch was great for relaxing, and the large swimming pool was a highlight for everyone. It’s well set up to accommodate guests, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.
