Located in Seven Coves. Ideal getaway on Lake Conroe. Balcony is right over the water. Fishing fm balcony is OK without fishing license! This is not a fish camp. Pls clean up all fish remains & gear. Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Welcome to our cozy lake home located on a peninsula in Livingston, Texas, less than a mile from the lake house to the Blanchard Boat Ramp. Stunning water views throughout the home. The boathouse is available for your boat and 2 jet ski's. If you're adventurous, take a jump off the rope swing or go kayaking! Bring your fishing buddies for those fishing tournaments.
