Welcome to our home! Just 1 block from Lake Monona and the Lake Loop bike path, our home is the perfect Madison destination location. Numerous great bars/restaurants nearby and its in the middle of everything fantastic Madison has to offer! With easy access to downtown, The Sylvee, Epic, State Street, Camp Randall, Kohl Center, west/east side, airport and everything in between. House on water! Near UW, Capital & Alliant Center

Enjoy a drink while sitting in the living room, looking out over Monona Bay & the Capital. What is better?--the view, or your proximity to downtown, UW campus, & the Alliant Center? Most mention the view. (Read some reviews!) Grill out and light the fire pit on the front lawn. Cross the street, and you're at the edge of Monona Bay. Parking is easy. Our 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkongong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.
