Enjoy a drink while sitting in the living room, looking out over Monona Bay & the Capital. What is better?--the view, or your proximity to downtown, UW campus, & the Alliant Center? Stay in your own private 3 BR, 2 bathroom section of our lakefront downtown home. Not only will you have lake access, but you'll be steps away from amazing restaurants. In addition to being in the Willy Street neighborhood, we are on the bike path and a short walk to anywhere downtown. Don't feel like going out? Take a hot tub, sauna, kayak/paddleboard, have a cup of coffee on the dock, or roast marshmallows by the campfire. Or rent our pontoon (Friday through Sunday) for an additional fee.

Follow the path to the back of the main house, here you'll find a beautiful space with large windows and plenty of natural light. Enjoy the warm gas fireplace, large flat screen TV. Make meals in the generous farmhouse kitchen. Sorry no full-size oven. Relax on the paved patio overlooking the wetlands and listen to many birds.
