Stepping Stone Cove is your family's perfect spot for scenic views, swimming, fishing, and boating. Located in a quiet cove, this gorgeous home features an open living space, 2 fireplaces, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, rec room, & office. Outside, you'll find a screened-in porch, EV charger, deck, and patio with hammock and hot tub with lake views for ultimate relaxation. Head out the back door to our private dock and lake access! Central AC, wifi, and dog-friendly, 9 min drive to downtown groceries!

Enjoy the serene view of the valley and rolling hills from the large screened-in porch and bedroom, the walking trails, the spring-fed pond on the adjacent farm. Take a short drive and enjoy hiking Old Rag and White Oak Canyon Falls. Explore Sperryville and Culpeper, the many orchards, wineries, breweries, all the Shenandoah Valley has to offer.

When you aren't admiring the lake views from the HOA dock, savor the forested yard with built in firepit, cozy hot tub, & gigabit WIFI. After a long day of fishing, boating, or hiking, the home welcomes you with a stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, TVs in each room & a soaking tub. Relaxation awaits!

Welcome to K-9 Heaven! Enjoy clean, open spaces and joyful moments with our friendly horses—don’t forget the peppermints! Bring your furry friends for an off-leash experience just 20 minutes from Old Rag Mountain, White Oak Falls, and downtown Culpeper, with plenty of hiking trails nearby. We’re also close to delightful wineries and breweries! This unit is not recommended for long tearm Stay for couples as it is a small unit. Check out the Tool Shed for a long-term stay

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and necessities you need to enjoy your stay. We have a great dock that you can lounge and hang out on as well as dock your boat or jet ski's. Property is equipped with a Ring camera doorbell located at the front door. Owner is a licensed active VA Realtor.

Whatever you choose the skyhouse is stocked with roasted coffee, farm-fresh eggs, fresh-baked bread, teas and soaps from our incredible local homesteaders and artisans.

Minutes from Lake Anna, this one-story house will be perfect for the whole family. With spacious rooms including 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, you won't feel crowded during your stay. Ample outdoor seating to enjoy the natural beauty and atmosphere of rural Virginia. There are a variety of fun activities in and around the lake, from hiking and kayaking to restaurants and shopping, all conveniently accessible from the house. New hot tub added!

HB1 at Spring Haven Farm

This is a horsebarn converted into a duplex, hence the name, HB1. It has all the comforts of home including private entrance and a full equipped kitchen. It might be a bit cozy if you use the air mattress, but it can easily fit in the foyer or the living room. Children under 12 years of age stay free. We like to provide interesting objects both inside and outside the dwelling; anything from a camo shower curtain to shadow box decor.

Lakefront with 120' Beach, Views, Wifi @ Lake Anna

Blue Heron Hideaway is a brand new lakefront home with amazing views on the Private Side of Lake Anna. We have fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need, because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. We recently added a 120 foot sandy beach, and a large furnished deck with several outdoor seating options, a screened in patio area, an outdoor bar and outdoor dining.
