Great location, parking, pool, gym and close to the beach and cafes. Very good apartment. Set up great, tidy and well presented. Even had a coffee machine. Great communication from Elizabeth

We booked the apartment because of the epic view of the beach and it surely didn’t disappoint. We did wish the windows were cleaner so we could enjoy the view from inside the house too but understandably this was inevitable. We didn’t like that you have to pick up and drop off the key from another location during check in and check out, which is 10 mins drive from the apartment itself so if you don’t have a car then you might wanna look elsewhere. Tv remote wasn’t working and we couldn’t watch anything we want on the Tv without it. There was a super strict list of rules and a deposit needs paying via an app( which we weren’t told clearly about upon booking) . I still Don’t know if deposit has been returned or not, a confirmation of this would have been nice! Overall though we think it’s a great apartment- it is really roomy, beds are comfortable, great shower, and kitchen is very well equipped. :) many thanks for hosting us !

We had a beautiful stay at this unit. Everything was beautifully clean. The view from the lounge, bedroom, and balcony was better than in the photo. The bed is very comfy. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of cafes and shops within walking distance. Lots of easy walking to be done or you can walk up Mt Maunganui. The beach is also beautiful. Luanne, the lady who answered our messages, then met us and shown us in was really lovely and helpful. All instructions were easy to understand. Thank you

Excellent stay. Beautiful apartment, really comfy furniture. Great balcony for relaxing/reading and listening to the ocean. Great location, can walk right out the door across the street to Mt manganui and the beach. lots of restaurants, shops and playgrounds in walking distance. Only thing that would have been helpful is rubbish bins in the bathrooms but thats such a small thing. We (family of 4) had a lovely time here

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

So clean and tidy on arrival. The beds were so comfy and we slept so well. The location was amazing - a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Would definitely return here!

Bernadettes place is a well appointed, clean and tidy apartment with all the essentials. A short pleasant walk to town and the beach with a dairy opposite and a supermarket close by. Loved the outside deck and the spa/pool were an added attraction for the family. We would highly recommend A+++

Loved our stay here in Papamoa; perfect long weekend get away! Very comfortable, stylish house with plenty of yard space in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Just a stroll down to the beach away from the hustle and bustle. The hot tub was the cherry on top, great stay!

We had another great stay at this resort. We have stayed in other places managed by Nerida before. This three bedder is maybe getting a little tired decor wise… so just now that it is a Kiwi bach experience that your getting in a great location. Will definitely be keen to come again.

Wonderful spot with an amazing view. Lots for the kids to do, Flint was a hit, as was the fire pit, pool, spa and creek. Checked our eel trap as we left and caught (and released) an eel, memorable end to a lovely family mini break. Thank you Yana.

A Relaxing and Eco-Friendly Getaway! I had an amazing stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. The house is beautifully set up with fantastic amenities, including a private spa and comfortable decking area—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or just soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The bean bags added an extra touch of comfort, making it easy to lounge and enjoy the outdoor space. One of the highlights was the separate area that offered privacy and tranquility, ideal for a quiet retreat. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. A big plus for me was the property's eco-friendly features, such as the solar power and EV charging station. It was great to know we were staying in a place that's both sustainable and modern. Overall, this is a perfect spot for a relaxing and environmentally conscious vacation. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amber's house was lovely and great for our kids with toys, tramp, basketball hoop to keep them amused. 10 minute walk to the beach too 😊 Amber accommodated us at last minute and was great to deal with!

Dee's place was an awesome AirBnB, probably the best one I've experienced in New Zealand. It had pretty much everything a traveler could want, from cornflakes to a trampoline. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless and well-heated. Dee also put in a lot of effort into creating a digital guidebook so guests can get any information about the house/area easily. 10/10!!

Fantastic stay in Papamoa.. So nice to bring family altogether under one roof to holiday and enjoy quality time in a relaxed environment. Amazing host, so informative and helpful at every step of the way.. a beautiful l home with plenty of space to chillax and a great safe outdoor area for little ones. The property is very well equipped and can easily access all surrounding areas, beach, supermarket, shopping, restaurants etc by walkways or car. A most enjoyable holiday, thank you so much :)
