Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

Im Zimmer hat es eine Küchenecke (ohne Kochgelegenheit) mit Tisch, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Kühlschrank. Alles für ein kleines Frühstück. Wir sind in der Nähe vom Engadin Bad Scuol, Freibad, Bergbahn (Wander-/Skigebiet), Nationalparkregion und Samnaun (Zollfrei). Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Du wirst unsere Unterkunft lieben wegen der Gemütlichkeit. Sie ist gut für Alleinreisende, Paare und Abenteurer welche einen Kurzaufenthalt planen.

La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.

L'appartamento ristrutturato di recente conserva tutta l'atmosfera del passato. E' in una posizione tranquilla, offre la massima privacy. Ha un grande parcheggio privato e un bellissimo giardino con un platano plurisecolare. Si può raggiungere il centro del paese, i vari ristoranti, bar e la spiaggia, a piedi in 15 minuti. Malix gehört zur Gemeinde Churwalden. Die Region ist als Ski, Fahrrad, Wander-Region sehr bekannt. Auch sonst bietet die Region alles erdenkliche an Sport und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Hauptstadt von Graubünden ist Chur, diese Stadt hat auch kulturell sehr viel zu bieten.
