Lovely flat to stay in. It had everything we needed including tea and coffee, bedding and towels. The flat was just like the photos and was very clean. Flat was centrally located. We would definitely stay again 😀

Perfect for a few days in Manchester for the Marathon. Was about a 15 min walk to and from the City Centre or a 5 min walk to the Bus stop for a 5 min ride in. Had secured car park, with dedicated space, so I just left the car there all weekend. The was a folder left with loads of information of local history, which was fascinating to read. Up on 11th floor, the views were nice too in the distance. My only gripe was there was no plug for a long soak in the bath, which I was looking forward to after running the marathon 😂😂

Perfect for our weekend. The accommodation was perfect, in fact we were taken back with how there cupboards were full off useful things…. Condiments, sauces, toiletries and that’s just a few I can mention. Appreciated the milk, bread, butter, nice gesture and makes a difference to some places who don’t offer that. Host also helped us out when our car broke down whilst we were there and went above and beyond to help sort it out for us. Overall the place was lovely, more than I actually expected, clean, tidy and perfect. Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Wigan. Thank you

The flat was exactly what we needed. It's walkable into Lytham for the shops and restaurants, and there's no noise from the trains. The building did have scaffolding up (which we were told about before we arrived), which made the kitchen and main bedroom very dark. We weren't in the flat much, so it didn't make much difference to our experience. The flat is well described - I just didn't realise until we arrived that the back door into the flat is directly into the 2nd bedroom, where our toddler was going to sleep. It is mentioned in the listing but I missed it so wanted to mention it here. The boiler wasn't working when we arrived but someone came out within half an hour of calling the listed phone number to fix it. Thanks for a lovely stay.

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

My fiancée, our dog and I stayed with Liz for 3 nights recently. We absolutely adored the property, it was lovely and peaceful, it has wonderful surroundings and it is very peaceful. Liz is a lovely lady, although we didn’t meet with her during our stay, she was always on hand to help us with any questions that we might have had. The property is very modern, very clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a day of walking in the sun. Our dog, Mabel, was very happy too. There was plenty of space for her to explore and there is plenty of great walks, such as Ingleton Falls, which isn’t a long drive away. We had no issues with the property, or Liz, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We really appreciate your hospitality and hopefully we will be able to stay with you again in the future. Thank you ever so much again.

Fabulous hosts and apartment, great space, everything that we needed, very responsive late at night in an emergency situation when we needed to book temporary accommodation for our son and nephews due to their own apartment having no water or electricity. I highly recommended. 😁

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

Lovely little spot not far from beach and town centre with local spots to eat and drink nearby and great access for walking in the lakes Lovely accommodation with lovely huge bed, rainfall shower and the hot-tub was lovely Andrew always replied quickly and was very helpful

We had a lovely little getaway, the caravan had everything needed for a short or long trip away. The only thing that I could fault was the curtains in the single-bedroom, there is a light outside which pierces through and makes the bedroom very light. Apart from that, great stay and we’d definitely return again

It was a great home to make our base to the Lakes. Windermere is about 45 mins drive. the house had more bedroom than we expected, decent kitchen, 3 bathrooms and local superstores about 4 minutes drive. Free on street parking may not be found always outside the house but never more than a minute's walk away. the small patio at the back was nice right outside the kitchen. Definately good value for money!

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely house. Holly was a great host and everything from check in to leaving was super smooth. The place is in amazing condition and was spotless on arrival - looking forward to staying again!

Excellent accommodation. Stylish apartments, beautifully furnished , well equipped and spotlessly clean. Situated in the heart of Clitheroe , within walking distance to the castle and all amenities. Fabulous restaurants and beautiful countryside nearby. Responsive hosts. Would highly recommend .

Gary was great at communicating. There was a Christmas tree and a welcome basket full of treats a lovely touch! Great thought put into dog friendly home plenty of space and enclosed. Beautifully furnished and very clean. Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

Great apartment and very close to the city centre. Clear instructions and recommendations provided by the host, would highly recommend. The free parking was the only improvement point, a lot of litter on the street.

Great communication from Adam from booking to leaving the property. Adam greeted us slightly early for check in, as he knew we’d arrived early. Very friendly and welcoming giving lots of tips on the local area, showing us around the property and a welcome bottle of wine. Told me to contact him at any time if I needed to. Property is in an excellent location, especially if you’re visiting the AO Arena. Lots to do within walking distance of the apartment. Apartment is well kitted out with everything you could need for a short stay, comfortable bed, lots of handy items plugs / chargers etc. Toiletries provided and plenty of towels. Extra bedding also if needed. You do need to boost the hot water for a hot shower, but there are instructions on the bathroom door showing you what to do. We had a great stay in the apartment. Just what we hoped for and just as described. Just note that the water is from a tank and so does run out. this is a small matter and the place was just great 😄

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views of the sea and the tower from the charming Juliette balcony that embraced the property. Nestled in a wonderfully quiet area next to the Gynn Roundabout, it offers a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle, yet it's only a 20-minute stroll to the central pier. The amenities are outstanding! With a projector for cosy movie nights, a nest controller for central heating, and a warm log burner, you’ll find everything you need to unwind and truly embrace your stay. The ensuite bathroom and additional toilet enhance the convenience, ensuring comfort for everyone in your group. One of the standout features is how spotless everything is; it’s clear that the host takes immense pride in maintaining this beautiful property. From the moment you step in, it feels inviting and fresh. I was also amazed by the tranquillity at night. I would 100% stay here again.

Just spent a few days for my daughters birthday at the flat. Host communicated well, we got a little stuck accessing the garage but with Sandra's and the security mans help we worked it out. Flat lovely, clean and welcoming. The extra bits like milk and condiments were a fantastic bonus. We used ubers to get into town as around a 30 min walk but they are readily available and cheap. We worked out how to use the tram too so had a visit to the Trafford centre whilst there. All in all a brilliant weekend and would definitely use the flat again.
