Wow this place definitely exceeded our expectations! Such a lovely beautiful cottage & exactly like the pictures. Sparkling clean, & felt just like home! Had any & every essential you would ever need on vacation. Our family had such a great time making memories here .. from the hot tub, to sitting around the fire, watching the deer in the field, & even playing the arcade machine for hours! Great place for families! Would highly recommend staying here! Oh & I must say the co host & host are awesome & very kind people! Five stars all the way around!!

This was the most beautiful setting for Thanksgiving! The house was so cozy, and the property was unreal. We loved hiking, playing on the swing, watching the eagles, and fishing for Trout. Hot tub was a nice touch, too! Thanks so much for everything- we can’t recommend enough! 5 stars!

The property we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and offered fantastic views of the river and surrounding areas. The house itself was very well maintained and offered a great outdoor area with the hot tub. Josh and Nicole were extremely accommodating and were absolutely fantastic hosts, would completely recommend them and staying on one of their properties.

Had an absolute wonderful stay at this cottage over the course of a weekend! The house itself is beautiful and full of all needed amenities, linens, everything you could possibly need. During the stay, it felt like home away from home, comfortable, quiet, yet full of life. The cottage was very up to date, clean, and comfort felt as if were set to top priority. I would absolutely recommend this cottage and having Maryanne as a host! Hope to travel here again, it was an amazing experience.

Very cute place. As described and stocked with everything we needed. Nice little weekend getaway while we were getting work done on our house.

We enjoyed our stay. We had s’mores over fire out one night. Wood was supplied. Plenty of towels Having one bathroom was not as convenient for 5 people but we enjoyed our stay. Grandkids enjoyed park across street. I would recommend. House was clean. Enjoyed coffee bar.

We loved staying at the cottage. The amenities were above par and the place was so clean and well stocked. We loved the private yard. We were sad to find the yard was not enclosed with the fence, but it was private and serene. We would stay there again, but wouldn’t bring our dog.

The place is so good for a cute get away, the nature surrounding it is beautiful. Was such a good place to get away from the city life for a couple of days!

The house was very cool and cozy. The art and decor were well done and it was perfectly situated for what I was in town for. Dave was very responsive and his instructions were clear. Will stay here again. Thanks for the great experience!

Leslie's cottage was peaceful, clean, and certainly charming. Nestled in the beautiful countryside, it was wonderful stay for a weekend getaway. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were cozy and clean. The "third bedroom" is in fact just a single bed in the living room but we didn't mind. We stayed during the off season so we didn't have access to the pool but the backyard was beautiful and spacious, perfect for our dog to enjoy. The neighbors nearby had many dogs that would often bark throughout the day and sometimes night. We didn't mind since we're used to it but for others might be an annoyance for if you're expecting true silence. The wifi also was unreliable and often did not work if at all. Luckily we were able to make due with what signal we had in the countryside. Leslie was very polite, responsive and informative. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you Leslie!

Large, beautiful space with great big leather couches and beautiful bathroom where we felt immediately comfortable, great fenced in backyard.

We had a great stay! The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for our needs. The location was also ideal, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Communication with the host was easy, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

To our AirBnB hosts Carol & Pete: the BIRDHOUSE in Columbia, PA THANK YOU for your warm hospitality. The scones were delicious and the beautiful flowers left in our place of stay. Everything was nice, clean and we were provided with the comforts of home. From beginning to end. For allowing us to tour your other properties. The BUNTINGs were truly blessed. This was our favorite spot thus far! The river view through all the windows and from the deck is breathtaking. DO NOT MISS THE SUNSETS! The house is very clean with a beautiful bathroom. It looks just like the photos. I wish we could have stayed longer. Our dog loved it there as well; very dog friendly. My daughter wanted to spend her 20th birthday here and it was perfect! We even got to fish. And bring your running and hiking shoes! I easily had 22000 steps in one day. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. After our check out we headed across the river and enjoyed the view at Chickies Rock. If you like River life and hiking this is for you. Or just to get away and relax or work remotely. I hope to go back. Side note: I heard positive things about the hosts from the neighbors.

Kelly is an amazing host - I stayed in the cabin for two months to be near family during a sabbatical, and she was incredibly flexible and responsive to anything I asked. The main view from the cottage is gorgeous, and the area is secluded and peaceful. I took lots of walks around the property. All amenities are as advertised, heat and Internet worked very well. Weis grocery store is one of my favorite groceries in the area and it's a quick 5 minute drive away. I will definitely look into booking here again next time I'm in the area.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! I graduated from Millersville Univ many moons ago, and I was visiting the campus with a friend from college to reminisce. We wanted a nice, quiet place nearby where we could play games, laugh, drink wine, and just relax. This cottage was absolutely adorable! We relaxed in the rocking chairs on the porch, played games at the big table in the dining area, chilled out on the futon watching a movie, and both had our own comfortable places to sleep. I had the main bedroom which was comfortable, quiet, and nice and dark in the morning. If it had been nicer weather, we could have also enjoyed the yard which seemed inviting. The place was super clean, had everything we needed, and was adorably decorated - felt like home! I didn't need to reach out to Kempton during our stay, but I did reach out when I first booked and again once before arriving, and he was very responsive and friendly. Great 1st Airbnb!

Amy’s cottage is a lovely 1936 home that she has remodeled with care. It feels a bit like stepping back in time, with the historical details. But, she has added all of the modern conveniences. It’s decorated so beautifully, bright and cheerful. It’s spacious and very comfortable. The large kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and baking, with a wide variety of utensils, plus more than basic spices and oil. We loved her cozy and comfortable cottage! It’s very near the Ephrata walking path. There is a lovely deck out back, which would be amazing in warmer weather. And, even though we didn’t have children with us, Amy’s cottage is exceptionally child-friendly! Amy herself was a most kind and attentive host! We recommend her cottage without any hesitation!

Loved it! We stayed in the property last year and it was just as beautiful as then. Very quickly responded if I had a question. Definitely would stay again.

If you're looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway to Lancaster, PA don't hesitate to book this place! It has a beautiful view, perfect for catching the sunset. It's about 30mins away from downtown Lancaster and several attractions. We visited the Indian Echo Caverns that were about a 45min drive away. Kara was a very responsive and friendly host. We hope to stay here again in the near future!

What an oasis! We've done AirBnB's in Lancaster, but this property took the cake. It's everything they described and more. Every detail was thought of, down to toys for the kids and personal amenities for anything you may have forgotten to pack. The kids absolutely loved the loft bunkbed. It also is ideally situate close to all of the places that make Lancaster a great vacation spot. We visited Dutch Wonderland, the Sight & Sound theater, and some of the local Amish experiences, and everything was within 10 minutes of the home. We also loved that there were two houses on the property to stay. It made it almost feel like a little private bed and breakfast/hotel. We are already talking about coming back with friends. We only wish we had been able to stay longer on this trip.

Beautiful clean house, quick walk for breakfast, the house had every amenity you could ask for. I would definitely stay at this house again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area.
