This home was exactly as described — quiet, cozy, and clean. The layout makes great use of space, and the beds were super comfortable. It’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to unplug and recharge in a peaceful setting. Great communication with the host, too.

We absolutely loved everything about this home. Very clean, beds were comfy, Kitchen stocked with everything you need from making coffee to cooking. The location was very close to town and I loved that it was easy to order Grubhub and Instacart. Allison was a fantastic host, any questions we had were answered promptly. I would totally recommend The Dogwood Den.

We love this house! It’s an older house but very well kept! I am up working in the area and needed a place to stay on short notice! Luckily the host was very responsive and accommodating! We booked the place and moved in the same day! Wish we could have stayed longer!

This house was perfect for our family. It was extremely well appointed, was very spacious and it had extremely clean spaces. The view in the back off of the deck was very serene and soothing. It was located near several great restaurants and coffee shops. Denise was extremely kind and responsive during our stay ad well. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling to the area very highly.

Stayed there for almost a month never had a problem really clean and a quiet neighborhood I’ll definitely stay there again and the host responds very quickly 100% recommend this house !

We had such a wonderful weekend getaway at this property. Very close to the beach along with the hot tub and fire pit it made for the perfect vacation. Inside was cosy and welcoming. There is a little pizza place down the road. Lots of beautiful nature preserves to go hiking and we stopped off at 3 Oaks for a fantastic lunch. Thank you for helping us have the perfect Easter and for all your great communication and flexibility.

We enjoyed our stay with our son and his family. The house, yard and pool were perfect for our grandson and their two dogs. The neighborhood was very quiet and walkable. Our only possible concern was the lack of communication about the lawn being mowed and the pool being serviced on the Friday of our stay. It would have been nice to know so we could have had the dogs inside before people came into the yard.

Amy was an amazing host! The house is spacious, beautiful, and meticulously equipped. The large yard and pool, as well as the screened-in porch, provide a wonderful place for vacation in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The house is absolutely beautiful, cozy, and spotless. We loved every moment of our stay and truly felt at home. We had such an amazing stay! My only regret was that it wasn’t long enough. The property was SO gorgeous and our host was so kind and helpful. I felt instantly welcomed and at home. Inside the home: The coziest theatre room, comfortable beds, lots of pillows, so many bathrooms, elevator, stocked with everything we needed, nice underground hallway to the pool house, beautiful pool/hot tub area Outside: So many cozy areas to sit and enjoy being outdoors, hammock, nice basketball court, walking areas, beautiful lakes, walking trails through wooded area 10/10 stay. Telling all of my friends about it and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Lindsay's place. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Extremely clean and not cluttered. She was very thoughtful to have sound machines in each bedroom. We would definitely stay there again.

If you like open and spacious ranch houses with windows and natural light from every direction, in a quiet and peaceful spot than this place is for you. This seems more like a family home than a rental. The accommodations are more than just basic. Kitchen is huge and modern. Baths are also updated and modern. Master bed is huge. The two other bedrooms are a little small but slept our 6 kids just fine. Huge back porch and a nice rec area in the basement where huge plusses. Just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach in a quiet and wooded area. Deer in the yard every morning. Host was responsive and very easy to work with. We'd definitely go back here.
