Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Outside there is a fully fenced shared backyard for everyone to enjoy, including your pup! Private entrance and parking. Vintage bikes available by reservation.

Lazy R Cottages 7B is a suite-style attached cabin with a ¾ bath, queen bed, and full sleeper sofa. Located just one mile outside of Rocky Mountain National Park. Explore downtown shopping/dining minutes from your door. Amenities include kitchenette, propane BBQ grill, wood-burning fireplace, cable TV and deck. Complimentary snowshoe rentals available during the winter. Free Wi-Fi. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps four.
