Vakantiewoningen aan het strand in Larnaca

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Zypern und haben hier diese wundervolle Villa gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit Diana lief einwandfrei und sie konnte uns jederzeit sofort weiterhelfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben die Villa für 6 Nächte gebucht. Die kurze Fahrtzeit vom Flughafen von nur ca 20 Minuten war sehr entspannt. Angekommen an der Villa waren wir sehr überrascht von der unglaublich schönen Unterkunft! Die Bilder sind keineswegs „übertrieben“ wie bei einigen anderen Unterkünften. Es war alles einwandfrei und es fehlte wortwörtlich an nichts! Es war ausreichend Geschirr, Grillzubehör und vieles mehr vor Ort, was man für den alltäglichen Gebrauch in der Küche benötigt. Der Garten und der große Pool waren super zum entspannen! Auch die Umgebung mit den vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und super Restaurants hat den Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Wir sind unglaublich froh diese Villa gefunden zu haben und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub! Danke!!😍😍

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Terri was extremely helpful with everything and is a very good host. We liked the place a lot and it was a pleasure to stay there. Thank you!

Dora was a fantastic host and the location can’t be beat! We brought our dogs with us and the home was well set up to host us and our dogs for a long weekend. There’s a great restaurant called Theta that’s super close by and all the amenities of Larnaca are just around the corner. The beach was beautiful and super walkable, just be mindful it’s a rocky beach to the sand so it could be hard for some folks to navigate. The house was well set up for families with a nice baby gate at the stairs and a great water filter dispenser for cold/hot water. We loved our stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Dimitrios was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and communication was fast. He went over and above to make our stay perfect. The apartment has a wonderful corner view and was very comfortable. Waking up to that view ever morning was fantastic. It is on the water front with bars and restaurants at your feet. It can be a little nosy at night as your right on the main strip which we loved but just keep that in mind if your a light sleeper. They offered free parking in a car park close by which was a great to have. We recommend this place and can’t wait to be back.

Our stay at this lovely house in Cyprus was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the spacious living area that opened up to a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. The location was ideal, situated close to both the beach and local attractions. We appreciated the recommendations from our host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed, which truly enhanced our experience. Andreas was a super host, helpful with questions and information even before we got to larnaca, when we arrived Andreas was there to meet and greet us and gave us a bottle of wine and 3 bottles ofwater a very nice gesture and welcome,if we had any questions Andreas was allways there to help, The apartment was perfect, clean, tidy and comfortable, the balcony was totally amazing,But the view was fantastic unbelievable, The apartment is walking distance to the beach the bus stop and laranca town all within a 5 minutes of the apartment, great restaurants, good food ,friendly people, the beach was lovely and clean ,all in all the perfect hoilday, I will definitely be going again to laranca and definitely staying at Andreas apartment, top man, top apartment, I recommend it to anybody,

Mario's place is so beautiful. The location alone is stunning. The house has everything you need and is so clean. My dog loved it as well , as the yard is so big and gated so I didn't have to worry of him getting out. Mario's is very friendly and responsive as well, I asked if we could check in earlier and he was so accommodating. I will definitely be back.

Stavroula was both proactive and responsive. She reached out to offer service and information, and open to help when asked. Our trip was interrupted by the Heathrow shutdown and Stavroula was able to help accommodate our changed schedule. She offered good ideas and ensured our arrival went smoothly.

This is my second time at Giovannis. He is an excellent host who helps you with everything you need. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The rooms are large. The kitchen is functional. The view of the sea is beyond imagination. The house is on the seafront, close to the beach and the city center. There are shops and restaurants nearby. I recommend this accommodation and I will return. Thank you Giovannis for everything.

La villa était fidele aux photos, les chambres et pièces à vivre étaient vraiment très grandes. Etant venus a 7 personnes nous ne nous sommes pas marché dessus dans la maison. La terrasse extérieure est vraiment top, et le solarium sur le toit de la villa était vraiment idéale pour pouvoir faire de belle photos du lever de soleil. Le quartier est très calme et la mer est à 2mn à pied juste en dessous de la villa. On peut faire de belles balades le long de la mer sur le chemin qui passe derrière la villa. Je recommande vivement cette villa entre amis ou en famille.

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. In dem Areal gibt es sehr viele Villen, jedoch ist die Gegend sehr ruhig. Ich empfehle ein Mietwagen da man sonst schwer in die Unterkunft erlangt. Einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe 5 min Autofahrt. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca 15minuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft liegt ca 10 Minuten vom Flughafen Larnaca entfernt, jedoch hört man kaum Flugzeug-Lärm. Die Unterkunft liegt 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Highlight der Villa ist der Große Pool und der Gasgrill für ein BBQ. Savass war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Ich würde diese Villa weiterempfehlen.

Great stay, very nice and quiet neighbourhood. 8 minute walk to the beach. Great restaurants and street food right in Pervolia, and surrounding area. Downtown Larnaca is only a 15-20 minute drive. Would probably recommend renting a car if you're staying here as its away from most things, but some of the others staying in the same complex said the bus system is also great. Overall highly recommend if you're looking for something very peaceful and nice and quiet, with great access to busier spots as well, as we were.

Had such an amazing experience. It’s our 2nd time coming back to the same accommodation. I am now a regular :) Steve and his beautiful family are very welcoming, polite and warm hearted and i would not choose a different place to stay. When i return back to Cyprus I am definitely re booking here again. —— THE POOL IS AMAZING —— Thank you for everything and we will see you guys again soon :)

Tusen takk for et fantastisk opphold i villaen din Chris - rett og slett et drøm av et hus - et sydhavsparadis! Huset og stedet gir en følelse av luksus. Det er et stort og delikat uteområdet, nydelig basseng og beliggende rett ved stranden. Wow! Fire damer - så fornøyde. Moderne, funksjonelt og stilig innvendig - og nydelig ute. Sittegrupper, sofagruppe, stort spisebord og en kan veksle mellom sol og skygge. Våkne opp og legge oss til lyden av bølger og en følelse av privat strand. Vi følte at dette er magisk - en oase. Chris er veldig hjelpsom og svarer raskt på det vi lurer på. Chris hadde gjentatte ganger påpekt at det var en stor fordel å ha bil. Vi burde ha hørt på Chris. Det er få eller ingen taxi som kjører til området. Det ble en annen ferie da vi leide bil. Mulighet til å besøke nærliggende restauranter i eks Kiti og se oss rundt. Foody fungerte forøvrig godt til bestilling av mat. Tusen takk for et strålende opphold i villaen din Chris - vi kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake!!

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy little house! It was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was a big plus. I especially loved the outdoor spaces—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. The host was always friendly and communication was easy. Highly recommend! 🌊🏡✨

To był wspaniale spędzony czas pod kazdym względem ! Ludzie których spotkaliśmy, miejsca w których bylismy , miesjce w którym spędziliśmy czas i mieszkalismy - to wszystko złożyło się na niezapomniane krótkie wakacje.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal da und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die überdachte Terrasse und der unverbaute Blick auf das Meer sind einfach perfekt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Spülmaschine sowie eine Nespresso-Maschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A very cozy place in front of the Oroklini beach. The house is fully equipped and has all required amenities to host 4 adults. The private deck in front of the sea is simply priceless! There is a bus stop right outside the place but the itineraries are very sparse. If you want to visit other places it is highly recommended to rent a car since taxis are also sparse and expensive. The house also provides a parking place. Next to the place is a wedding venue and all four nights that we stayed they hosted wedding parties. The noise at the beach is bearable but to our surprise the house was completely noise-protected! Rita is a great host, she gave us a full welcoming tour of the house, she was always responsive and willing to help! We are looking forward visiting again!

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city
