I stayed for 74 nights - a long enough time to get a real feel for the place, and José Luis as a host. The whole experience was excellent and his description spot on. Almuñécar is such a great, vibrant town and sat in the hot tub looking up at the stars & down on Almuñécar is a memory to cherish. The climb up & down the hill is not for some, but for me it was worth it for the peace, tranquility and views. José Luis was always on hand if ever required (for instance powercuts or when the wifi broke - both fixed within an hour or two). Honestly he was a great host. 5 stars across the board from me 👏👏

Beautiful setting for a spotless home. The views of the mountains and landscape are brilliant and we enjoyed a great break as a family with everything we needed. The pool was particularly great in the sun. Location is great for exploring the beaches in the local area. Esteban was a warm and welcoming host and we appreciated all the recommendations.

Maricarmen and Pepe are welcoming and generous hosts! The place is comfortable, quiet and beautiful. Amazing view from the rooftop terrace, and we could see the stars at night. Very responsive hosts for anything you need. They greeted us with a nice fire in the villa when we arrived, we felt right at home. Hope you be back soon!

Montse is a very kind and lovely host – she welcomed us and showed us around in a very heartwarming and friendly manner. The villa is truly amazing with a nice interior including many old decorations. The pool area also is great and has a nice bed right by the pool! Overall, we had an amazing stay and enjoyed ourselves very much. The nearby town of Cantoria is also a nice place to explore with many nice and affordable restaurants and lovely people. A small downside, if any, is that the whirlpool is not working properly and is only warmed by sunlight during the day. Unfortunately, the water doesn’t really stay warm as soon as the sun sets. But this was the only minor nitpick. Other than that, there were no issues with the house, and we had everything we needed! Full recommendation!

Zeer rustig en mooi gelegen villa, een perfecte vakantie om tot rust te komen. Juan is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Zeer proper en goed uitgerust zwembad! Wat ook heel leuk was is dat we al de groeten uit de eigen moestuin van juan mochten gebruiken. Niets beter dan vers en eigen teelt! De cortijo van Juan is zeker een aanrader!

Excelente experiencia, la casa es un sueño, muy linda y tranquila. Es que es muy fresca por dentro, perfecta para el verano. Los hosts son muy amables y simpáticos, cinco estrellas a Clara por su disponibilidad y ayuda durante la estadía. La ubicación es ideal, estás a una buena distancia de la costa y de Granada, así que las opciones de actividades son muchas. La recomiendo sin duda

Wir waren eine Woche in September bei Oliver und Maria und haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr, sehr sauber. Die Bettwäsche duftet und man findet überall kleine Geschenke wie Postkarten, Bio-Shampoo, eine Schürze, frisches Obst, eine Flasche richtig leckeren Wein, Milch, selbstgemachten Olivenöl, usw. Das Haus hat viel Platz und man fühlt sich wie allein auf dem Grundstück. Der Pool war super für kleine Kinder und Erwachsene. Die Gegend ist ruhig, man braucht auf jedem Fall ein Auto. Maria und Oliver waren sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Wir durften sogar am letzten Tag länger bleiben, weil unsere nächste Unterkunft einen späten Check in hatte. In September war es noch sehr warm und wir konnten den Pool jeden Tag genießen.

Desde el momento de la llegada fueron muy cercanos y amables con todo lo relacionado con la casa y el lugar. La casa tenía todas las cosas necesarias básicas, incluso más de lo necesario (huevos de gallinas). La estancia fue muy agradable y tranquila y ante cualquier duda siempre estábamos en contacto de manera sencilla. La verdad que ha sido un fin de semana perfecto de buena compañía en la que sin duda volveremos a tener en cuenta en un futuro. Da gusto poder encontrar personas tan buenas como ellos, muy recomendable!!

We stayed at Cortijo Los Chinos from 27th - 31st December 2024. The house and surrounding area is an Oasis, an ideallic getaway for those longing for a few days of peace and quiet. You can cosy up by the fire place or go for a swim in the pool. We didn't use the pool on this trip but we will definitely be back in warmer weather. The house was very clean and comfortable. We were visited by a number of cats from neighbouring properties. They were very loving and cleanly kept and kept us company as we missed our own cats who had to stay at home. The grounds were full of orange trees and the oranges were lovely. I can honestly say I have never stayed anywhere with more freshly squeezed orange juice. The owner Esther is lovely and was always very kind and courteous in all my conversations with her. 11/10 cannot rate highly enough! The best trip we’ve had in a long time.

Quel bel endroit ! Quelle tranquillité ! Je me suis sentie très bien dans la maison de Mercedes et Diego. Le terrain est très grand et clos ce qui est formidable si vous voyagez avec un chien. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et j’ai apprécié la bouteille de vin – provenant des vignes de Diego – comme cadeau de bienvenue. Je recommande tout à fait.

Excelente, el lugar un marco incomparable y las fotografias muy fieles a la realidad, el trato con Joaqui muy cercano y amable, muy recomedable para ir con perros, lo pasamos en grande.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Cortes, qui a été d’une particulière gentillesse pendant tout le séjour 🙏🏼. La maison est propre et confortable, la vue depuis la piscine magnifique et les enfants on adoré les activités proposées dans le jardin). Un immense merci pour cet accueil, je recommande ce logement !

Alojamiento limpio, recogido y con todo lo necesario para para las vacaciones allí, la zona de juegos les encantó a mis niños. Una zona super tranquila para relajarte y desconectar. Gracias por todo 100% recomendable

la casa tiene todo lo q puedas necesitas, es tan bonita y tiene tantos detalles, muy acogedora. las camas y almohadas muy cómodas y para mí olían super rico .. el jardín hace q estés fresco, está lleno d árboles y plantas florales y tienes mucho intimidad, la piscina es súper bonita y llena d hamakas ... a la noche puedes ver super bien desde allí las estrellas.... en la cocina todo lo q puedas necesitar, lo tienes. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones por si hace mucho calor y estás a unos 15_20 minutos a pie del supermercados bares .... de todo lo q hay en el pueblo. repetiría segurísimo y lo recomendaría 100% muchas gracias Carmen y Anaís por acogernos en vuestra casa y tratarnos tan bien💙💙

Wir, mein Bruder und ich, waren zum Radfahren in Guadix. Die Unterkunft war für uns passend, da sie zwei vollwertige Schlafzimmer hat und auf einem abschliessbaren Grundstück liegt. Die Küchenausstattung ist vollständig und zweckmässig. Alle angebotenen Merkmale waren vorhanden und nutzbar.

100% recomendable! Hemos ido un grupo de amigas a pasar un fin de semana y hemos quedado encantadas. El alojamiento se divide en dos casas, sin embargo, las puertas están al lado lo que permite pasar prácticamente todo el rato juntos, además las casas se encuentran muy bien equipadas. Mario fue muy atento, nos pudimos comunicar rápidamente con él y nos recomendó un taxi local que te lleva a Granada en 20 minutos de forma económica. Muy felices de haber podido disfrutar de este gran alojamiento.

Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado mucho del alojamiento y el entorno. El anfitrión ha sido muy amable y atento con nosotros. La casa es fiel a las fotos y gana en directo, y muy limpia. La casa está muy bien ubicada para visitar los pueblos más importantes de la Alpujarra.

Finca muy bonita, frente a la Sierra Nevada: una maravilla La casita es muy limpia, cómoda y típica. El sitio es tranquilo, en un pueblo, muy cerca de todo (Granada, la Sierra Nevada...) Rogier es muy simpático y acogedor. Lo recomiendo.

Die Bilder können nicht einfangen, wie schön dieser Ort ist. Concha ist sehr gastfreundlich und in weniger als 15 Minuten ist man bereits in Granada. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
