This cabin sits right next to a creek not far from Volant township in one direction and Rachel’s restaurant and Cobble Haus Brewery in the other direction. The cabin is quant and decorated mid-century modern and is very private and quiet. The only people you might see are fisherman in the creek which we enjoyed watching. My mom has some mobility issues and was able to walk up the two steps to the front door and then there were no steps inside unless she wanted to go into the sunroom. It worked well for us. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities. Jennifer is super communicative, friendly, and helpful. Only odd thing worth noting - Jennifer was upfront that the primary bedroom shower has a very small instant hot water heater. All four of us ended up using the hallway bathroom for showers. It was not an issue for the four of us as two took showers at night two in the morning, but it could be an issue for other people.

We just loved staying at Cyndi's charming house. The house is so clean, stylish and comfortable, with many touches that make for a very pleasant stay. We especially loved sitting on the back patio and wandering in the woods. We will definitely be back!

Jason and Megan are great. These two are always responsive, friendly, and provide easy to comprehend instructions. the property is beautiful and provides plenty of space for a weekend away. We will definitely be staying when were back in the area.

This was our second time staying at this Air bnb. This year we stayed on the bottom floor. The house is cute and cozy, & very clean. Lots of little extras, Phone chargers were in every room, little snacks in the kitchen & various toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot something. Will definitely be back.

I cannot say enough good things about Gwen’s property. Gwen’s cottage in particular was the perfect cozy cabin with everything I needed to be able to spend the weekend there. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. There is something so special about this property. I went feeling burned out and exhausted and just being in such a beautiful and peaceful space made me feel energized and more at peace after my stay. Gwen is such a lovely person and it was lovely getting to know her over the course of my stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway you truly cannot do any better than this.

The cabin is very private with lovely views. We saw five eagles, two families of geese with six newly hatched babies, and many many various types of ducks. Loads of restaurants within 5 to 30 minutes and I used Instacart to deliver my groceries. We cooked hotdogs over a campfire and left dry kindling inside a wagon covered with a tarp for the next campfire. It was a wonderful experience. 💕

Anna thought of everything someone might need for a “home away from home.” The place was beautifully decorated with everything seemingly brand new. It was a very comfortable and peaceful place to hang out. Being outside was so relaxing. We enjoyed the pond and the backdrop of woods with changing autumn leaves. It was the perfect location being so close to the outlets and restaurants too.

Rustic exterior and spa like inside! Beautiful windows looking out to huge trees surrounding house. Very clean, very nice to deal with and prompt responses with questions! Area is quiet, safe and close enough to stores etc to be convenient. Hot tub was the highlight for us!

Barbara’s cozy house was very clean & had all the amenities that we needed. Morning coffee with the lake view was a great way to start the day.
