Thea fue clara en la comunicación, el lugar es acogedor, tiene un balcón que da a la calle y entra buena luz. Thea nos dejó cosas para desayunar. La Ubicación es muy buena, a cuadras del vaticano, hicimos todo a pie. volveríamos!

Carlo es un gran anfitrión, siempre estuvo atento a responder los mensajes, el desayuno delicioso. Muy buen transporte , estaciones muy cerca y de fácil acceso. Todo estuvo excelente. Gracias Carlo.

amazing place! all staff were so nice and attentive. there was fanta coke and beer in the fridge for no extra cost rich breakfast with cheese yogurt cold cuts free espresso anytime such a good find...the bed was comfortable and the place overall cute.

Era un bell soggiorno a Gaeta senza complicazioni. Attorno al AirBnB ci sono molti ristoranti e bars perfetti per passare una buona serata dopo un giorno al mare.

Filippo is very supportive and friendly. The location is perfect, around 10 min walking distance from Villa Borghese and there are several food options around. The place was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable. Thanks Filippo for hosting

We cannot wait to return to this charming Locanda! Truly a Gem in the village of Prossedi. This was our second time staying here. The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Daniela and her family are hospitable and sweet. She also owns the Persei restaurant and serves delicious authentic Italian local cuisine. The views from our window looked like paintings!

Dire que mon expérience chez Stefania s'est bien passée est un euphémisme ! J'avais décidé de vanter la qualité de ce très mignon petit B&B ici même mais la disponibilité de Stefania, la possibilité qu'elle nous a offert de pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner avec nos "colocataires", extrêmement gentils ainsi que, cerise sur le gâteau, sa promptitude à venir en aide pour me restituer après mon départ, en quelques heures seulement, un effet personnel que j'avais oublié sur place me donne l'envie de lui attribuer, non pas 5 étoiles, mais 5 étoiles +++++. Grazie Stefania et à une prochaine fois, avec la famille au complet cette fois-ci !

Waking up in Rome, getting out of the most comfortable bed, and sipping espresso in a private garden while birds chirp—it sounds like a dream, but it was our reality thanks to this amazing stay. Stefano welcomed us like family, took the time to explain everything we needed to know, and made us feel completely at home. If we return to Rome, there's no doubt—we're booking this place again. Every review we read beforehand was spot on—no exaggerations. Everything was exactly as described, and Stefano is a perfect 10. Highly recommend!

Silvia's hospitality helped make my first visit to Rome perfect. From beginning to end, she was very kind and provided everything that I needed. Also, her space is just a stone's throw away from the Colosseum/Forum and other ancient sites. I can't recommend her B&B enough!

Die Unterkunft ist großartig, mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist groß und das Badezimmer sehr sauber. Einziger Nachteil, die Matratze war uns zu weich. Herma ist sehr freundlich, hatten ein tolles Gespräch mit ihr. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei ihr vorbei.

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

Tive uma excelente estadia neste Airbnb! A localização é perfeita, a poucos passos do Vaticano e ao lado da estação Ottaviano, o que facilitou muito nossos deslocamentos por Roma. O quarto é espaçoso, moderno e muito funcional, proporcionando bastante conforto. O café da manhã foi um ótimo diferencial, tornando nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Além disso, a Francesca foi extremamente atenciosa, fornecendo todas as informações necessárias com clareza e garantindo um check-in tranquilo. O acesso ao apartamento foi fácil e bem explicado, o que fez toda a diferença. Recomendo muito este lugar para quem busca conforto, praticidade e uma ótima hospitalidade em Roma!

Très bon séjour, Paolo était très réactif et très agréable. Le logement correspondait aux photos, il était très propre et rangé. Le petit déjeuner compris juste en bas de l’immeuble dans un très beau café était un vrai + ! Notre chambre était nettoyée et rangée tous les matins, nous avons même été surpris par la qualité de rangement ! Merci pour ce séjour Paolo !

It’s safe to say, you will never stay at a better Airbnb than this - nor any hotel! Tamara, the view, the breakfasts, our private dinner (arranged on request), the pool (too cold for most people but not for British people), the animals, the wine, I don’t know where to start! If you’re thinking about staying here, or staying in the area, you cannot do better than this lovely place. We are both already thinking about how we can come back. Highly, highly recommended. Wat een fantastische ervaring! Dianne is een super gezellige en ontzettend vriendelijke vrouw die je je meteen thuis laat voelen. Haar huisje is echt een pareltje – knus, sfeervol en gelegen op een top locatie. Je voelt meteen de liefde in huis, niet alleen van Dianne zelf, maar ook van haar drie geweldige honden. Samen hebben ze 11 pootjes, wat het huis nog specialer en hartverwarmender maakt. Een unieke en liefdevolle plek waar je gegarandeerd met een glimlach vertrekt. Aanrader!

Nous avons passé 2 semaine excellente a Riano. Roberto a été a l’écoute de nos demandes et extrêmement réactif. La villa est parfaite, la piscine est encore plus grande que sur les photos, tres bien situé mais le déplacement en voiture est recommandé ! Des magasins sont à proximité pour faire les courses, des meme que certains petits restaurants. En espérant revenir au plus vite des que possible pour profiter du charme de l’Italie.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre exceptionnel ! Le logement proposé par Leandrina et Ugo est tout simplement magnifique : pittoresque, spacieux, impeccablement propre et parfaitement en harmonie avec le charmant village de Villetta Barrea, au cœur des Abruzzes. Mais ce qui rend l’expérience vraiment unique, c’est la rencontre avec Leandrina et Ugo, des hôtes d’une rare gentillesse et d’un accueil chaleureux. Mention spéciale pour les délicieux petits déjeuners préparés avec soin par Leandrina – un vrai régal chaque matin ! Merci aussi à Sophie, la guide nature, grâce à qui nous avons eu la chance d’observer deux ours dans leur environnement naturel. Un grand merci à tous pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Alloggio moderno, dotato di tutti i confort e corrispondeva alle informazioni indicate. Bagno spazioso e alloggio pulito.. inoltre offre anche il servizio di colazione .

Un soggiorno piacevole con una vista spettacolare. La stanza piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario. Peccato per la mancanza del wi-fi in quanto per non prendeva bene.

Bei Silvia und Francesco haben wir uns von Beginn an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sie haben unseren Aufenthalt mit einer Vielzahl an Empfehlungen (tolle Restaurants, Kultur, Unternehmungen etc.) und einer äußerst freundlichen Atmosphäre zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Das Haus ist wirklich einzigartig; von einem Zimmer mit eigener Terasse und einem wunderschönen Blick auf Rom und die Natur, bis hin zur außergewöhnlich künstlerischen Gestaltung der Einrichtung. Dazu kommt noch ein leckeres Frühstück im traumhaften Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
