The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences, including satellite TV, internet, stereo, CD/DVD, independent heating, safe, washing machine, hairdryer, etc. This bright apartment is fitted with double-glazed windows, so it's very quiet. Located in the centre of Rome, this appartment is within walking distance to some of the most iconic sights and streets such as the Spanish Steps, Via del Corso and more! The appartment is also situated next to a variety transportation routes. The home is on the third floor. The house is very peaceful and quiet with a small living room, well-equipped kitchen, balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the local scenery.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
