Perfect place to relax and disconnect from it all. House is exactly like the photos and truly is directly on relatively quiet beach. Neighborhood is quiet and a great place to recharge. The house is the second house on a private lot but private enough where you can relax. Kenza and team were excellent. Job well done and would happily stay here again and again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d’Hajer. L’endroit est propre et paisible. La proximité de l’aéroport en voiture est un plus. Plusieurs commerces sont proches. Je recommande cette hôtesse, disponible pour chaque demande. Nous n’hésiterons pas à la recommander ou à renouveler une réservation auprès d’Hajer.

Le logement correspond exactement à ce que nous recherchions ! En hauteur de SidiBou, à portée des ruelles magnifiques balnche et bleues, à deux pas du café des nattes et des micro-commerces. Idéal pour quelques jours afin de découvrir La Marsa, Carthage, Tunis et de se retrouver au calme le soir ! Le passe pour permettre le passage de la voiture est extrêmement pratique ! Merci pour ces quelques jours merveilleux !

My family of four (2 adults + 2 teens) loved our 4 nights here. The space was charming — decorated with pieces from local artisans; and the location was the ideal — private, but just around the corner from cafes, art, and the gorgeous sights of Sidi Bou Said. The kitchen was stocked with spices and tea (sadly, no coffee) and there was a washer/dryer, which we appreciated since we were caught in a rain storm. Overall, we highly recommend!

Jag rekommenderar att hyra denna villan i La Marsa Tunisien! Väldigt fin villa o läget är perfekt om man skall tag sig till Stränder runt omkring samt om man skall till Sidi Bou Said som tar cirka 10 minuter med bil eller om Man skall till Tunis som är 20 min med bil bara. Jag rekommenderar detta boende till dem som är flera eller mindre familj , man känner sig som hemma o väldigt rent var det i boendet Samt Mehdi o hans Pappa var väldigt hjälpsamma med allt från incheckning till utcheckning! Kommer jag tillbaka till Tunisien så är det denna villan jag kommer o hyra! Bästa boendet jag hyrt från AirBnb.

The stay was great. the house matched exactly like the pictures with a beautiful view and some good restaurants near by. also Hass and team were very cooperative. Overall a very good experience for my short stay

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything one would need. It is ideally located in a pleasant neighborhood with the train station and ruins of Carthage just a short walk away. Very good and helpful communication with the host. When my friend was worried she would miss her flight, Chawki picked up her suitcase, and brought it to her after we had checked out. He refused compensation for this extra time showing how committed the hosts are to their guests! And yes the view, the terrace, and garden do not disappoint

Had a great time in Tunis and Hichem was very helpful and responsive. A fabulous experience.

Bonsoir, Alors en ce qui concerne la Villa, elle est magnifique! Les chambres et toutes les pièces sont spacieuses, elle est aménagée comme si il y vivait dedans du coup elle fait pas vide. L’extérieur et d’autant plus jolie. Extrêmement bien illuminé avec des jeux de lumières sublimes la nuit. Piscine spacieuse, profonde, avec son toboggan et ses plongeoirs et surtout la cascade! Jardin avec gazon propre et bien équipé (table, jolie BBQ, balançoire…) En ce qui concerne Nabil, une personne accueillante, serviable! J’ai rien à dire sur la location de cette villa, je recommande même! (J’ai même pris une nuitée de plus tellement nous y étions a l’aise)

I can’t explain how amazing these people are. They looked after me so well. Offered me drinks, dinner. The house was amazing and looked better than the pictures. They let me host a small birthday gathering for my girlfriend which I was so appreciative of. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this place again. The food was amazing. The house was so clean and there was everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough I would highly recommend

Excellent stay; from the above and beyond support of the host (Aicha) to having everything you need to make the most of the accommodation, we had an super time staying here. Strongly recommend this place and the location is close enough to most places. Very happy with our choice

Le logement etait face à l'historique port de Carthage, Haythem notre hôte de la part de Mr Rafik était très courtois et très attentif à mes demandes concernant la propreté générale, le linge de lit et les serviettes étaient juste parfaitement propres, difficile de faire mieux, je suis très reconnaissant à Haythem un jeune homme de bonne famille, très réactif et très courtois, un vrai gentleman.

Expect a clean place and a very welcoming host. The pool and the garden are nice and common parta are well arranged.

j ai passée 3 jours ,le logement est vraiment bien ,sécuriser,calme ,a proximité de l aéroport et non loin du lac ,je recommande

Bilel a été très réactif dans nos échanges et nous a conseillé sur les applications à utiliser ( taxis, livraisons repas). La maison est spacieuse, la piscine est chauffée et agréable et bien arborée. Le quartier est calme, la maison est bien placée mais nécessite l'utilisation de taxis pour se rendre sur les sites à visiter. Merci encore.

This place looks a lot better than on the photos, it’s massive with nice backyard, good rooftop with a nice view to the Mediterranean. Every room has it own bathroom and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is very good, just two minutes walk to the train station and to the centre of La Marsa, but yet it’s in a calm street with no traffic passing through. I would recommend to stay at this place. Good value for the money spent.

Très grande maison avec piscine dans un emplacement très pratique. Il manque un peu de commodités comme des prises électriques et des serviettes mais c'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande fortement.

Faouzia a été un hôte exceptionnel! Tant par son accueil que par sa sympathie. Lors de la visite du logement elle nous a fais nous sentir comme chez nous. Elle a été de précieux conseil pour savoir où manger et où se balader. La maison es à un emplacement stratégique pour pouvoir aller à gammarth ou sidi bou said. Vous pouvez venir les mains dans les poches Faouzia se charge de tout. La piscine es très bien entretenue et la maison très très bien équipé. Tout es en parfaite état de fonctionnement. Je la recommande à 10000% et je reviendrai très certainement !

Fantastische verblijfplek. In een toeristisch deel van Sidi Bou Said, maar aan de straat toch rustig. Door binnentuin ook kunnen genieten van het weer zonder je te verbranden... Enige minpunt is dat er vaak autos recht voor de deur parkeren (terwijl er duidelijk een verbodbord staat) zodat je niet makkelijk er tussen past. Dank voor het fijne verblijf!

Nous avons adoré notre petit passage chez Sonia, pour commencer la villa est magnifique, propre, spacieuse, lumineuse, la decoration de la maison était a la fois élégante et authentique . Le jardin et la piscine étaient la grande cerise sur le gateau. Tout était meme meilleur et bien plus spacieux en vrai que sur les photos. Sonia est également une hôte extrêmement gentille, elle a été flexible pour le check in/out. Nous avons loué la villa pour profiter dun moment sympathique et organiser un petit shooting a l’occasion de l evjf de ma soeur et Sonia a été adorable sur ce point et nous a autorisé a mettre une jolie petite deco a l’extérieur. La communication avec elle était tres agréable et fluide . Nous avons passé un super moment et on reviendra avec grand plaisir .
