Luxueuse villa neuve classée 5 étoiles avec piscine chauffée sur demande et jardin de 400m2 décorée avec goût par décorateur d’intérieur située dans une résidence privée et sécurisée à quelque minute de la plage et du centre ville (3min en voiture et 15min à pied) et seulement à 15 min en voiture de Saint Tropez, vous avez également une navette en bateau qui vous emmène de Sainte Maxime à Sainte tropez en 10min. Notre maison est officiellement classée “5 étoiles” selon le classement Atout France

Ieder plekje in deze nieuwe vakantiewoning voelt prettig aan. Laurier Rose is voorzien van een prachtige travertin vloer. Natuurlijke nuances in het kleuren pallet wit~beige~mosgroen~zwart en zandtinten, creëren hier een huiselijke sfeer, wat zeker bijdraagt aan een ontspannen vakantie. House close to Saint Tropez with amazing view

On the heights of the residence Les Mas Saint Pierre, at Plan-de-la-Tour nestles our wonderful little house ‘Le petit prince’. A 74 m2 house (perfect for 4 people ) containing on the ground floor: living room, fully equipped open kitchen, guest toilet, spacious terrace with the most fantastic view you can imagine. Upstairs, master bedroom with view over the hills, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, second bedroom with two single beds. Shared but quiet pool and tennis court very close by!

Il dispose de 4 chambres doubles et 3 salle de bains avec toilettes, une grande piscine , un terrain de pétanque, un ping pong et plusieurs salons extérieurs. La villa a été intégralement rénovée en 2024 et dispose de la climatisation dans toutes les pièces . Située à Sainte Maxime à quelques minutes à pieds ou en voiture des plages de la Croisette.
