This is the best airbnb i have ever stayed at. It was decorated with such a nice, beachy, peaceful vibe. Amenities inside included plenty of towels, detergent for washer, shampoo conditioner body wash in the shower (which was so spacious), bottle of wine with glasses, coffee pods for the keurig coffee maker, extra blankets for hanging around and for sleeping in the bed. The bed was nice and firm, not too firm, just right. There was an extra fan besides the nest controlled AC. Besides the fridge and microwave, there was a great icemaker. And the view from the living room was spectacular every day and night to enjoy. The balcony was a plus! Such a nice vibe to just sit and soak in the sunrise and sunset. Best air bnb ever.

Great value, Definitely would stay again !

We needed a last minute place to stay & this place was amazing! I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnb’s & this was by far the cleanest/nicest. Check in was very easy. It was spotless, stocked with everything you need, plenty of toilet paper, towels, detergent, toiletries, extra blankets. There was beach towels, a cooler & a nice backpack to use. They even had a couple snacks and water bottles for us. The view is amazing, so peaceful & quiet. Even the linen smelled amazing lol. Tiki hut was so cute & the game room. The hosts answered very quickly to one of my requests & were very accommodating. Definitely found my new spot when visiting family. Highly recommend!

You’ll want to stay here!! It is pristine in every way and perfect for a couple. Everything you could need is here…..restaurants, music…right in the harbor. Barry is a great host and very responsive. Skip a hotel and stay here!

Great place overall close to restaurants,markets anything you need. sanibel is a place you need to go and it's only 30mn away like I said amazing overall would stay again

Great location not far from all of the action downtown. Accommodations were very clean and appeared fairly new. Outdoor pool area was very nice and the water was warm. Could have had a couple more towels for the pool in the room. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and in a perfect location! We were close to downtown and Bonita Springs, but far enough away to avoid traffic and the "party scene". The heated pool and sitting area were perfect for relaxing and reading or listening to music. A three-minute walk across the street landed us on a beautiful beach with amazing blue waters. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay, and we can't wait to stay here again!

Eric was an awesome host and the property was everything we expected and more and hope to come back. There was a hiccup a month before our stay due to an issue with the AirBnB platform and Eric was very proactive and understanding with us to get this issue sorted out. The house itself was amazing and had everything we needed plus more. There wasn't a moment during our stay we wished there was something because it was already there. Even the puzzles in the closet had all the pieces. The house was a five minute walk to fairly private beach. And everything we needed for a wonderful beach day was in the garage. We had access to beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, beach toys, and even a cart to haul it all there. We spent lovely afternoons by the pool as well. There was a selection of pool floaties and swim goggles for the kids to use. And in the evenings, the adults got to spend some quality time by the fire feature. And we were able to use the grill for a poolside burger cookout.

We had a great stay in Marley's beautiful house on this incredible island. The house was spacious, clean and as described on the pictures. The house was very well equipped. We had no complains at all. We can recommend the house as well as the host and would love to come back !

Our family of 7 had a great stay here! This home is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is ready to cook in, beds are comfortable and clean and the neighborhood is quiet. There were lots of toys to have fun in the pool. The dock is a good size with a nice area to sit in the shade or the sun. The host was very responsive and pleasant to interact with, even allowing us an early check-in.

Fantastic home! The home is absolutely beautiful with wonderful amenities. Great attention to detail in this home and everything is labeled for ease of use. The kitchen is functionally designed and beautifully stocked with appliances and dishes. The walk in showers are like being at a luxurious spa. The pool/lanai area is fantastic overlooking the River/bay. Enjoyed grilling/smoking meat on the grill/smoker provided and eating on lanai to enjoy the great Florida weather. The home is close to beach, shopping, and many other fun activities. We especially enjoyed a day picking blueberries at a nearby farm and making blueberry ice cream in the provided ice cream maker. After days at beach or out, it is relaxing to get in pool or spend time in conversation around the fire pit near the dock. Lanson and Allison were wonderful hosts providing great detail to making our stay special. There is a lot to do in the Ft Myer area; however, it is a luxury vacation just staying at Kokomo Del Sol!

Yasmina's listing was Exactly as stated. We arrived in the area earlier than planned, Yasmina was kind enough to allow us to check-in a little early. Very clean well-kept property inside and out. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with comfy bed linens, plenty of bath & hand towels as well as wash cloths in each bathroom. Washer and dryer came in handy as I was able to wash a couple loads of laundry. Close proximity to several beaches and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The Brown ;)

Where do I start. Karen was the best host we have ever has. The house was clean, well stocked and felt homey. We enjoyed the home very much. The pool was clean and warm. Husband, son and grandson caught spade, mangrove snappers, Alligator gar and catfish right off the dock. The Lanai and outside area was spacious and had ample seating. We will definitely be returning in 2026. Thanks again Karen it was a great stay. Appreciate it.

Had a great stay - good location on the island. Rented bikes and enjoyed biking to the lighthouse area and nearby restaurants. Beach was easy to walk to. Condo has everything you need. Clean, comfortable and appreciated all the beach gear (chairs, wagon, toys, etc). Host was very accommodating.

We had a great stay with our 5 year old daughter. The beach gear locker was stocked with beach chairs, a large umbrella, sand toys and nets for shells, a cooler plus an easy to roll beach cart to haul all the gear to the beach and across the sand. We made lots of great memories this trip. The large pool is right next door to the building and has a grill and tables for dining. We all walked to the Island Store and came back with sandwiches for lunch on the beach one day, dinner on the beach another day and toasted to the sunset every night. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and a Keurig/basket combo coffee maker. We made breakfast every morning and enjoyed watching the osprey feed their young in the nest across the small harbor. The island took a hit with the hurricanes last fall but many businesses are open and it's bouncing back again. We had a great time, thanks! (we also scheduled a 10:00 cruise to Cabbage Key for lunch on checkout day. 5 minute drive to Andy Rosse Lane;)

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 week stay at this lovely condo! Extremely nice amenities and beautiful view. Hostess Wanda’s friendliness and responsive communication made for an enjoyable stay.

Great stay! The condo itself is in very good condition with a lot of convenient things in it making it feel like home. Parking was easy, Location is great very close to pool and quick walk to beach. They are building a new big pool which creates some construction noise and a bit of an extra walk into town, However this pool should be very nice once done. Would stay here again and recommended to any couple looking for a trip to paradise.
