Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The house is located in a gated golf community. A view of the lake can be seen from the front porch and at the deck at the back of the house. Guests have a marina access and you can bring any non gasoline engine boats. You can enjoy the community pool(closed during winter season). The house has a fire pit in the backyard and a charcoal grill. Ample parking area. Wifi and Roku are included. Within min to a number of groceries and restaurants.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Centrally located 44 min from RDU International Airport via US-1 S and 41 minutes to Fort Liberty (Bragg) Military Base via NC-87 S. This home has 4 bedrooms with first floor living. Master has spacious en suite and there is an office space/game room located in the front of the home. There are 3 bedrooms rooms upstairs that share a full bathroom.
