"Andorinha 1 " is een volledig ingerichte studio, landelijk gelegen in "Serra dos Mangues" aan de Atlantische kustweg tussen het schilderachtige Nazaré (12km) en op 3km São Martinho do Porto ( met zijn prachtige schelpvormige baai. (trein,bus,taxi 3km) en ongeveer 3 km. naar het prachtige vrije strand Praia do Salgado ongeveer 35 min. wandelen! Daar het hier centraal en landelijk gelegen is wordt een auto aanbevolen en kunt u uitstappen doen: Lissabon, Obidos , Coimbra, Buddha Eden, enz

De Adega en Loja zijn 2 aparte huisjes en de gehele begane grond van het hoofdhuis van onze Quinta en verbonden door 1 grote veranda met 2 terrassen met eetafels en lounge area´s. Exclusief gebruik van de ruime buitenkeuken met bbq, een vuurpaats en de omringende tuin met uitzicht op het zwembad. Een ontspannen plek omringt door natuur om samen te komen met vrienden en familie. Ideaal voor 2 gezinnen of groepen van 8 tot 10 personen voor bijeenkomsten, verjaardagen, bedrijfuitjes en workshops.

Enjoy the best of countryside

Quinta da Mata is a unique site by the countryside. The pine tree woods that surround the house are the habitat of squirrels, many bird species, foxes, and others, who will welcome and invite you into a memorable experience. The accommodation has the capacity for four people: it has a private bedroom with bathroom and a cosy spacious living room and access to the swimming pool. The villa is located near Leiria and it´s close to landmarks such as Batalha or Fátima and nice historical beaches.

Entrada independente garantindo privacidade, o acesso não é pela porta principal da moradia. Ao entrar encontrará também um WC com banheira e uma cozinha. Apenas no espaço exterior, jardim pode ocorrer eventual partilha com os proprietários ou com outros hóspedes. Na aldeia a 6 km da cidade e perto das praias de Salir e São Martinho do Porto, Foz do Arelho, Lagoa Óbidos, Gralha, Baleal, Peniche, Salgado e Nazaré e a cerca de 5 minutos do acesso à A8 (autoestrada) e a 1 hora de Lisboa.

A Terra Raíz - com 4 fornece oferece todos os confortos quer seja no verão, à beira da sua refrescante piscina salgada, ou até mesmo no inverno, na sua calorosa lareira. Para quem queira desfrutar em plenitude como naturezas envolventes, e descobrir: Mosteiros, Castelos, Grutas, Aldeias e praias fluviais! Our property stays on Baleal island, front line to the beach. It is a perfect location, great for surfing and relaxing. In the inner garden you can realx, after your day at the beach. On the front terrace, you have a fantastic view to the beach, some steps away! It's also the ideal starting point to discover our beautiful region; Do not miss Óbidos, Sintra and Ericeira, neither the beautiful Berlenga island. It is recommended for couples, groups or families with children.

Comprising two standalone houses for 4 and 3 guests, alongside a hostel catering to larger groups.

Casa do Forno, also affectionately called “the oven house”, is an apartment for up to 4 people. A cozy decorated place for a couple, or a family with a maximum of two children. The French doors in the living area provide access to your private terrace with a magnificent view of the garden full of fruit-, olive- and nut trees. The swimming pool is 30 meters from the house, which is ideal for families with children.

The house is located in Caldas da Rainha, in the central part of Portugal next the Óbidos Lagoon and offers an excellent location in a quiet and pleasant area, away from the hustle and bustle, but close to the beach (5 minutes by car) and to the town center (3 minutes by car). The house is surrounded by an always a green garden and has a swimming pool. An ideal place to spend unforgettable holidays!
