Beautiful home and setting, comfortable and spacious enough for extended families. The lake frontage near the dock has a sandy bottom and provides a fun area for water games. The decks offer a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space to visit in the evenings.

Our Family enjoyed our second stay this summer at the beautiful Sand Lake Home. It's always a special treat to have all of the kids and grandkids under one roof for a long weekend to share laughs and create memories. This house offers many amenities, and if you forgot something, it's probably already there for your use. We used the kitchen and the grill to make all of our meals. There is a full size frig/freezer that is completely empty upon arrival for guest use ( this is a huge bonus- many other homes only provide a shelf or two/ and feeding 8-10 people for a few days we need all the frig space we can get). There's plenty of space on the modern, solid dock to bring our 24 ft pontoon and 2 jet skis. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is on the main level with the kitchen and living room and dining room space. There is an extra 1/2 bathroom/toilet in the basement with the washer and dryer. There is a nice hardscape patio area to drink your morning coffee while admiring the beautiful lake view- I was lucky enough to watch the swans our for their morning swim. We had some rain during our visit, and there was plenty of space for our group to sit around the table and play games, put together a puzzle, read a book in front of the fire place, and watch a movie on the big screen modern tv that offers a wide variety of channels. There is a large parking area across the non busy street that easily fits 6 vehicles. There is a large firepit area down by the beach, and they also provide firewood. The neighbors are very friendly, and the home is in a safe, quiet, lake neighborhood that is very close to the boat launch ( about 2 miles by car and very close by water). For people not familiar with the area you are close to food, gas stations, stores, wineries and entertainment. It is a great area. We love Sand Lake. It doesn't get as busy as some of the other local lakes, it is normally pretty calm and we enjoy the wildlife and beautiful landscape of the area.

We booked Bent Oak for our family to come and celebrate our wedding and it was more than we could have expected. Everyone had room to move about. Both of our dogs had plenty of room, and the outside space was so private. Daniel was always responsive and super understanding. I would recommend this to anyone who has a large group that loves to be together, his space allowed us to all do what we wanted separately while still being together. Thank you Daniel for making our wedding weekend celebration perfect!

Tom and Maria were so helpful, flexible, and kind. They had muffins, orange juice, and bananas waiting for us! The house is so lovely and full of amenities. This is our second time renting this wonderful home! We absolutely would rent it a third time!

This Airbnb was clean, bright, and airy! Loved the views and layout of the house. Adequate parking and lots of space to spread out doing different activities like cooking, playing games, and playing pool. We went to a local winery and shopped a few nearby antique stores!

We were there to attend events of grandchildren so we were not able to fully enjoy the amenities. Many things to do but we just did not have the extra time. Appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. There was a very well stocked game closet which you don't always find. Kitchen was very well stocked. Snacks and refrigerated water also welcomed us. Very clean, private and was a beautiful setting. Finding the drive to the home was a bit challenging as we arrived at night and it was difficult to see the drive in the dark. But we managed quite nicely with the detailed instructions provided.

This home is a great find! There were four adults and there is plenty of room inside to spread out, bedrooms were clean and many beds available, easy location to find yet private with plenty of parking in the driveway. Its just alittle over an hour from airport and along the way there are options for grocery stores and other stores, restaurants, etc. The additional cottage on site is adorable, but we didn't use it for over night because there isn't a bathroom or running water in it. Neighborhood is quiet yet friendly as when we went for a walk every passing car waved at us with a smile! The host, DAWN, is fabulous to deal with - she is efficient, kind, accessible by phone , and flexible! If we come back to this area, we will definitely rent here again!
