Beautiful home and setting, comfortable and spacious enough for extended families. The lake frontage near the dock has a sandy bottom and provides a fun area for water games. The decks offer a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space to visit in the evenings.

Everything was great. Absolutely loved the carriage house! Thank you so much for the attention you give to it for your guests. Hopefully, we will have opportunity to come back in summer. What a great find! Comfortable house on a lake (Wamplers) just 45 minutes from home in Ann Arbor! Easily accommodated 4 grandkids (10,8,5,3) and my son and I. "Bunk room" was perfect for the 3 older siblings. We loved the upstairs double showers. Very well supplied kitchen and very ample supply of towels. The game/toy cupboard was a big hit. The house felt safe for kids to be at ease, while also having them be respectful of the property. We happily used the grill for a dinner. Though the temperature was on the cool side for summer, the kids still spent plenty of time at the beach. We took the Dairy Bar suggestion seriously and had ice cream every night!! We're so happy that Layne accommodated our family. We were grateful to be able to check in early. A great place for an end of summer vacation for "Nana Camp"!

This is our third stay at Debbie’s home! This is the BEST Airbnb we have ever stayed at! This home is exactly as pictured and the cleanest!!! It feels just like home. We plan on going again and again for our family trips to Michigan. Thank you Debbie

Karen is kind, friendly and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable, although, we spent most of out time outside and in the lake. I loved the pink flamingo floaty, it was so hard to say goodbye. 🫠 We also enjoyed the canoe, kayaks and the round floating thing with a spot for us all. We were able to sit back and visit on the beautiful and peaceful lake. The lake was not busy even though the weather was perfect and it was Labor Day weekend. We saw a golf cart parade go by and an ice cream truck stopped for us!!! Thank you Karen for your hospitality! We will be back again!

Great place, as advertised! Elaine, the host, was very communicative and helpful. The whole place was stylishly decorated, clean, and comfortable. Loved the spacious bedrooms (and comfortable beds), open floor plan in the kitchen-dining-living room area, and having the 2 full bathrooms and extra entertainment area in the garage. We spent a lot of time in the garage, which has really comfortable outdoor cushioned seating, an extra refrigerator, and games. Had a great stay! Easy check-in and check-out.

This place has a lot of character and enjoyed my stay so much, that I will stay again when I'm in the area. This place has lots of room and is a great place for kids. Thank you for hosting such a wonderful booking.
