The Cuckoo's Nest is 3-hours east of Toronto and 2-hours west of Ottawa. Our lake is perfect for fishing, it is connected to the Salmon River system. There is a boat launch down the road --or make use of our canoe. Guests fall in love with this place and choose to come back year after year. The Cuckoo's Nest boasts a bunkie that can be used for sleeping, or as a games room, in the warmer months and can accommodate 2 additional people. This a very popular lake for fishing large and small mouth bass, walleye and lake trout. Watch the sunrise over the lake from the deck, bbq off the back of the cabin or take a break in the hammock. Only an hour to Bancroft and close to Bon Echo Provincial Park. The cabin is equipped with a queen bed and futon, outdoor washroom facility, portable shower, kitchenette, BBQ and fire pit!

The cabin is open concept and is well appointed with a super comfy queen-sized bed, a wood stove, and an off-grid kitchen, additional sleeping is on a sofa bed. This is glamping at its finest!
