The apartment is completely renovated with separate bathroom & bedroom. The apartment lies 20 meters from the sea. When you open the window your view are the sea and the mountains and you smell the nice flavors of the sea, the trees, flowers and herbs.

The apartment is located only couple of steps from the sea in the house with a big terrace in front, swimming pool and a spacious garden all around. You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. The apartment is fully equipped, located on the second floor and you will have no doubt the best view in the house.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.

There are two fisherman in the village where you can eat fresh fish, and 400m from the house is Bajova Kula beach, that has a restaurant and a bar. Nearest market is 2km from the house in Perast. If you want to have a real relaxing vacation this is the perfect place :)
