Charming cottage on the waterfront with a beautiful view of the lake. Direct access that’s mere steps to the water with large dock/mooring for swimming/watersport fun. Fully furnished with a great kitchen, outdoor grill and a comfy queen sized bed. It's only 5 miles to the town square with lots of cute shops & quaint restaurants. Close to a variety of wineries, craft breweries & hiking/biking trails. A short drive to the Glenn H. Curtiss Museum and just over the hill from Watkins Glenn raceway!

Amazing Sunsets! Flat yard, super easy parking. This super spacious 3 bedroom, 1800 sf house is perfect for family and friend get togethers. Walking distance to several restaurants and breweries. Inside you will find a fully furnished kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 large bedrooms. Outside you will find a grill, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, and a 100' dock with your own water trampoline! Beautiful studio apartment on the water. Enjoy coffee or wine on the dock or in your private space. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and double bed. Just need to bring your personal items, everything else is included. Use of kayaks, paddle boards, Sunfish sailboat, water floats included for you to enjoy or bring your own. Parking close to your door. No smoking or burning candles in apartment, no parties, and sorry, no pets. My goal is for you to have a wonderful experience.
