Aird Villa with its south facing decking is said to be one of the nicest houses on the Isle of Scalpay. It sits overlooking Scalpay’s quiet North Harbour where the local fishing boats are moored. From the decking it's exhilarating watching the birds & boats as you are more or less right above the water's edge. Carloway is also home to 2 stunning beaches, Dal Mor and Dal Beag,and is ideal for hill walkers, cyclists, surfers,birdwatchers,or simply those looking for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

Our house is in the small village of Dalmore on the westside of Lewis. The house is minutes walk from the beautiful Dalmore beach and pets are welcome (MAX 2 pets - see house rules for more info). There are many areas of interest close by, including the Gearrannann Blackhouse village, the Dun Broch and we are about 15 minutes drive away from the famous Standing Stones. There is a local shop 5 minutes drive from the properly in Carloway. We are approx 30 minutes drive away from Stornoway.
