The apartment recently has been completely renovated. We are proud to have the status of the architectural monument. Only 500 meters from beach and seaside park. Twice around a corner is Square of Roses (Rožu Laukums). Nearby by walking distance are nice restaurants and culture objects such as concert hall, theater, museum etc.

It gives a nice privacy and a modern feel. The apartment is warm and cosy also at the winter time, because it has an automatic electric heaters. Kitchen has all the appliances that you need for a comfortable food preparation. There are Food market just around the corner and the seaside is ~15 minute walk.

We are near the Baltic sea that leads through the Bernāti Nature Park. The house is heated by wood stove, which provides heating in any season. Grill and firewood are included in the price.
