Absolutely beautiful and cozy place to call home for a few days on the North Oregon Coast. Close to walkable and drivable beaches, yes drive on the beach. Close to Pacific City and Tillamook, and more. Also, close to scenic locations, county, state, and federal parks. Also, a great place to simply sit and read or bird watch. A great find for the Oregon Coast, loved our stay.

Such a great stay... our third time in this lovely spot. This is the first beach house I check for availability when we decide to head to the coast. Aimee is an amazing host... responds quickly, very accommodating, and super cordial. We will be back, again.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

The place was great, easily walkable to the beach. There was a little snafu with the booking on my part but Jessica was super accommodating and the issue resolved. Easily accommodated 8 people. Would definitely stay again! All my family had a great time as well.

The hot tub water was very dirty when we arrived- chemicals smelled off and the water was greenish grey. However, once we told Bonnie, she had a guy there to change the water and sanitize it within an hour, so not dinging her ratings for that. Water was crystal clear/smelled great after cleaning/changing it. Everything else was great- plenty of things for the kids to do, quiet area, fenced in backyard, and very close to Pacific City.

Great house and had nice views! Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the house very much.

Beautiful home, with easy beach access as described! I would recommend this place, Royce was great with communication and very understanding with my requests.
