This cozy cottage is an incredible getaway! Come relax, bike or walk to the bars and restaurants or simply enjoy time with family & friends; Or stay over on a work trip for an amazing experience to know what Cedar Rapids has to offer. The beautifully built open kitchen and living area makes for an awesome gathering place. Simply step outside to endless activities, concerts, restaurants etc. Enjoy a peaceful environment with easy access to restaurants and downtown in the NewBo District.

This quaint Cedar Rapids home offers classic style paired with an outside relaxation space. Step inside and experience a peaceful farmhouse retreat. Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.

The Irish Hill - Uptown Marion

Named after it’s neighborhood roots, this 2 bedroom apartment is full of charm. Originally the first floor of a 1900 home for railroad workers in Marion, it is now a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment we call the Irish hill. A completely separate 1 bedroom apartment (also on Airbnb) is the top half of the house, and we call that the Uptown B! Check it out on our host profile. Irish hill guests will have access to a .25 acre yard (unfenced). Only blocks away from uptown Marion!
