Downstairs has a full kitchen, lounge and dining area, leading out onto the veranda with a seating area and BBQ. Upstairs has 1 bedroom with 1 QSB and 1 SB with en suite and shower. Initially it was a semi-detached workers cottage built in the 1870's as accommodation for the employees of the Hartley Kerosene Oil & Paraffine Co.Ltd which was established in Hartley Vale on July 31st 1865.
