Simple and cosy renovated house wedged in the alleys of the lower part of the old town (Chora) & bathed in sunlight right up until the afternoon. Improvements go up to the point it fits contemporary life, while capturing an essence of a bygone era in terms of structure and dimensions. Serifos Traditional House 1

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Για να φτάσετε στο κατάλυμά μας δεν θα χρειαστεί να διανύσετε πάνω από 300 μέτρα από το σημείο που αποβιβαστήκατε. Θα το βρείτε στα δεξιά σας σε μία διώροφη κατοικία, στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της παραλίας των Καμαρών. Με την αίσθηση ότι απο το μπαλκόνι σας σχεδόν βουτάτε στη θάλασσα ανεβαίνετε τα γραφικά σκαλιά που σας οδηγούν στο εσωτερικό του χώρου. Located in the traditional settlement of Exambela, the house offers stunning views of the picturesque village of Kastro on the eastern side of the island. Enjoy tranquility on the lovely terraces, and relax by the beautiful shared swimming pool with a magical view (shared with Chalakia House 2). Parking is available 100 meters away, with access to the house via a short 30-meter footpath.

We are waiting to offer you hospitality in a quiet,clean and friendly environment in Livadi,Serifos. The room has a view on the east side of the island and is located 200 metres from the central square of the town (5-7 minute walk). There you will find car rentals,restaurants,cafes,nightclubs,banks,supermarkets etc. and the bus station where you can go to most places on the island.

Built at the hillside "En Lefko" offers peace and quiet along with a unique view of the magnificent Chora. The house is located at the island's main town, Livadi and it takes only some minutes walking , to get to the center, where you can find all you probably need. Small but fully equiped will offer you some easy going and relaxing days!

It's modern facilities combined with the traditional culture and decorated with the sense of the old mines of Serifos will make your stay more than relaxed. Απέχει 8 λεπτά περπάτημα από το λιμάνι και 3 λεπτά περπάτημα από την παραλία των Καμαρών και τα μαγαζιά (ταβέρνες, καφετέριες).

Αυτός ο ξεχωριστός χώρος βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της Χώρας, σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών από τη στάση του λεωφορείου, τα σούπερ-μάρκετ, τα εστιατόρια και τις καφετέριες της Χώρας. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι και τις κοντινότερες παραλίες είναι 10 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο.
