Villa Mellon - amazing sea view and heated pool

This modern luxury villa has an amazing sea view and a 10,5x4m heated swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. Located 17 km from historical city of Zadar, it has two floors, each with two bedrooms, modern kitchen and cozy living room with a large terrace in front of the sea and quiet surroundings. Every room has a modern TV and AC unit and the house has beautiful garden and 600 sq/m of open space. Each balcony has an open dining table and there is a large fireplace with lounge set next to the pool.

Villa Coelum is a beautifully decorated, brand new villa. Villa consists of two separated units which are both fully equipped. First floor (6 person) has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful dining area and living room with exit to a 40m2 terrace. Second floor (2+2) has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sofa. Both units have A/C, beautiful kitchen with all appliances, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Guests also have 5 free parking places outside the yard walls, 2 free parking places inside the walls and large BBQ.

The villa is situated in a small village called Ljubač, which is 15 kilometres away from Zadar. This village is known for its sandy beaches. It is ideal for children because the depth of the sea, and after running a hundred meters does not exceed the above the knee. The sea is warm and when all the surrounding areas are cool. With several main beach there are plenty of restaurants where you can have your family meal or just have a drink.<br> <br>

Vrlo šarmantna soba s klima uređajem. Nalazi se na prvom katu sa zasebnim ulazom. Ima jedan balkon, dvokrevetnu sobu s posteljinom i ručnicima, privatni WC s tušem. Ima TV, hladnjak, aparat za kavu i besplatni wi fi. Ispred zgrade je besplatno parkirno mjesto Održavamo vrlo blisku i brzu komunikaciju s našim gostima.
