Shady Oaks Cottage by the Winery

Two bedroom, one bath cottage, fully equipped kitchen, surrounded by oak trees. This Texas Hill Country gem is surrounded by Fredricksburg, Llano, Burnett and Marble Falls where you can spend the day antique shopping, and the evenings relaxing on your private deck. The cottage is around the corner from Fall Creek Winery, ride a bike over and picnic at one of Texas's finest winery. The cabin is quiet with two waterfalls and a fire pit for an evening under the stars. A "big" Scrabble Board in the garden for you to enjoy a quick game. Lake Buchanan is less than five minutes away by car. The lake is known for its abundance of Striper and Hybrid bass fishing. Feast on the best Barbeque in the world. Six state parks are within a thirty minute drive. Most are great for hiking, fishing and boating. The Llano River is just five minutes away and it is wonderful for kayaking and fishing. Enchanted Rock State Park is nationally known for its hiking and rock climbing and only a thirty minute drive. The house is situated in the most opptimum location for avid hunters that come to the area, Llano County is known as the Deer Capital of the world. Our neighborhood is very quiet...very safe. Say hello to our neighbors as they drive by (its far and few between).

The Bunkhouse room w/ private beach ON Lake LBJ

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere-not even the beach. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

La Casa Roja was designed and built by the owner in 2003 as her idyllic Hill Country escape. This beautiful 10 acre site on the Llano River is the perfect retreat, where heavenly mornings are spent on the 500 sq. ft screened porch sipping coffee, watching birds, and taking in the view. If you’re looking for quietness, serenity and relaxation, this is the place. 1.5 hour drive from central Austin. Walk right into the water from the back yard - bring your kayaks! Sit on the porch and watch the wildlife - bring your camera. Neighborhood is great for walking or cycling. Since 1972, family memories have been made here.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
