This large stylish townhome is over 2000 square feet, and is the perfect location for a tranquil visit to this area. It is located in Horseshoe Bay West, has been beautifully remodeled with a gourmet kitchen, large living and dining and a secondary bar area . It is all one level, except for a few stairs to the living room as shown in the photos. Enjoy the east facing views from your covered deck overlooking the 17th hole on Apple Rock Golf Course and a bonus private front courtyard too!

Lake Front 3 bedroom Condo in Horseshoe Bay

Spacious 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom water-front condo next to the Horseshoe Bay Marina. 1st floor has two bedrooms that opens to the back porch with gorgeous views of the water. A large grassy common area for kids to play. 2nd floor has a large kitchen equipped with gourmet gadgets. The open floor plan allows views to the lake and marina. 2nd floor deck is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, grilling while overlooking the lake. 3rd floor has a queen and bunk bed. Paddle boards are provided.

As our Guests, you'll have access to our gated pool & pickelball/tennis court, both are within a few steps from our back door... The sunset can be enjoyed from our balcony, high on the hilltop overlooking Lake LBJ! Were within minutes of Horseshoe Bay Resort, Lake LBJ Marina, Julies Cocina (wonderful, Mexican Cuisine), Hiccups Bar & Grill and Historical Marble Falls Texas.
