Had a fantastic stay! The location is beautiful and so is the accommodation

All we wanted was to be in a nice clean space with stunning views of the sea.We definitely got what we wanted as the beach house was immaculate and the quality of furnishings were excellent.The location is truly stunning and so peaceful. We can’t wait to return to this little piece of heaven.

We all agreed that this beautiful house was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in, location -stunning, comfort and facilities - superb, access to fantastic walks (Black Rock beach) or further afield drives like Portmerion or hikes up Snowdon. To have seaside and mountains in one week and amazing weather. Highly recommend this house, Patricia is super responsive and there is a local caretaker if needed.

The easiest 5 star review! The view is exceptional and worth every penny. Everything was amazing, very well equipped and thought out, immaculately clean and a real home away from home! We have fell in love with this area and can’t wait to return soon!

We loved our stay. It’s particularly lovely with the lighter evenings as the view from the upstairs lounge is stunning. It’s very peaceful but only 10 mins from Caernarfon.

Very comfortable stay - the house was lovely and the garden was a real bonus. Clean and tidy everywhere and all in a great location. A joy to have parking in such a central location. Thank you - we really enjoyed our break in beautiful Barmouth.

Another wonderful break at The Lookout. We stayed in the Lower Deck apartment this time which was perfect for the two of us. Spotlessly clean, great shower and very comfy bed! Amazing views out to sea and everything you need just on your doorstep. The hosts provide you with a parking permit for your stay so that you can park literally opposite the apartment, so very convenient. Excellent communication from the hosts, Jules and Lisa, from the minute we booked until check out. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Lookout and can’t wait to return again. Such a beautiful little cottage! Location is just amazing, right on the beach with amazing views. The cottage was spotless with everything you could need for your stay. Beautiful walks surround the cottage and it's a 30 minute walk to the Ship Inn and the Boat house for really good food. The swing seat overlooking the bay was a real bonus. Mags was so welcoming and friendly and available if we needed anything. The cottage is so peaceful, quiet and relaxing and we will definately return!

A great caravan in a perfect, quiet location on the site, really close to the beach path making it a peaceful spot with lovely views! The caravan had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the outside space is great for children & pets. Parts of the caravan could do with a little TLC but nothing that bothered us too much during our stay, check in was very easy and good communication with the owner- we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Good location to explore North Wales. Plenty to do on site too..

A perfect retreat for a perfect weekend of beautiful views - with all you could need and more - sitting c watching the fishing boats go out and come in to Ann’s pantry that’s in the village - super lovely staff that put a smile on your face as soon as as you enter and the food is amazing - well worth a bite to eat or a tea and cake - we had a beautiful time there and the apartment is a 10/10 - thank you Laura for being g such a beautiful host and allowing me and Amanda to stay in your epic place - best wishes ✌️❤️

We stayed here over February half term as a family get away of 12 people. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. It was like being at home. The upstairs lounge with views over the sea was a real show stopper! 10-15 minute walk to the beach and stunning views all around. Hosts were great with sorting a heating issue before we even arrived, great communication. Would highly recommend, and will be revisiting in warmer months to enjoy the pool.

Great place to stay for Snowdonia national park, beaches and Portmeireon. Quiet time of year for our stay. Well stocked kitchen and great instructions for bathroom use.

Great place to stay close to the beach lots to do kept the kids busy.

We had a wonderful stay at the caravan with our toddler and baby. Wendy was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our visit. The caravan is in a lovely location, with great family-friendly amenities including a pool, and just a short drive to Barmouth beach. We really enjoyed our time and would happily stay again!

A beautiful house with a wonderful welcome gift which was much appreciated. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Location was perfect for exploring and visiting the area. Beautiful surroundings. Cafe Braf right opposite was great, shop next door also. Beach a few steps from the property. Deb kept in contact and responded quickly to any questions. I’d highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return.

The place was magical and knew I’d miss it before I even left. The location on the estuary is so dreamy. Walkable to Barmouth for supplies. The place felt incredibly private. Really enjoyed slowing down the pace of life and always pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from the living room. Lovely bunch of flowers on arrival and plenty of logs for the wood burning stove.

Lovely old cottage in the perfect location. Sea views from the lounge and one of the bedrooms. The large patio area is secure and sheltered, a real sun trap. The wider garden is large and generally secure, although our dogs would jump over the wall if they saw something to chase!!

We had great time, lovely and quiet. The views are amazing! Sue was great at keeping in touch we definitely recommend.👍

Amazing view, clean place an very helpful host.We locked our selves out at one point but Victoria was very responsive and sorted it out for us straight away.

My family enjoyed the short holiday break at Daisy's property for 3 nights, and we were able to unload bags, cases easily but disappointed regarding the size of Kitchen especially when there were 9 of us staying in the house. I had originally booked 33 William Street in January 2024. However to look out across the Menai straight was very pretty but with the help of a App we were able to locate a park closeby for my grandsons to have a runaround as there is building work taking place along the A5 main road into Bangor. As all our activities were booked in advance earlier this year due to the fact that we would be in North Wales at the start of the school holidays we only booked one Italian restaurant which was very good, highly recommend Torna-a-Surriento in an excellent location, close to the Pier.

We booked this house for three adults, two children and two dogs over Easter and had an amazing time - We have already booked for next Easter (which is probably the best recommendation I could give!). The house is literally on the beach, but the double glazing keeps the sound of the weather out. It's a 10min walk into town with a small super market, excellent fish&chip shop, several pubs and restaurants. We felt so at home here. I can't wait to come back.
