Un apartamento maravilloso, recién reformado a tan sólo unos pasos de la playa y mar mediterráneo. Situado en un parque lleno de palmeras y zonas verdes, un oasis dentro de la ciudad donde encontraras tranquilidad. En meses de verano podrás disfrutar de las piscinas y del bar dentro de la urbanización. Para amantes de tenis hay dos pistas abiertas todo el año. Siéntete como en casa!

Villa de ensueño en primera línea de playa

Diseño y confort junto al mar. Sabemos que todas las viviendas son únicas, pero ésta es especialmente singular. Aquí confluyen descansos con la brisa marina, risas mientras se cocina con amigos, largas tertulias en el lounge exterior y amaneceres de ensueño dese la suite principal. Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

Havsutsikt och lyx på stranden

Obruten utsikt över havet, strandpromenaden och staden. 0 meter till strand, bad och centrum. Vi finns på 3:e våningen och det finns hiss. Rymlig balkong med full havsutsikt för att kunna njuta av havet och omgivningarna. Säsongsöppen pool. Direkt på strandpromenaden Playa Cura i centrala Torrevieja, Costa Blanca. Denna soliga, attraktiva 4-bädds lägenhet är helt nyrenoverad, hög svensk standard, dessutom fullt utrustad för en familj eller ett, två par på semester.

Возможен трансфер из аэропорта Аликанте. WI-FI, кондиционер, большая и удобная кровать, телевизор 55 ". В ванной комнате пол с подогревом. Большой балкон. При позднем заезде рядом магазин 24 часа. Рядом остановка огромный выбор ресторанов, прокат самокатов. До центра 10 минут пешком.
