We are less than 20 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and about an hour from Dulles and Ronald Regan airports. Comes with a six feet deep private pool available for long-term lodgers only. This space has a ten-foot-tall ceiling, vinyl flooring, new kitchen granite and appliances, extra-large bedroom, and an upgraded bathroom.
