Ideal para vacaciones o teletrabajo, este apartamento de 2 dormitorios se encuentra a solo 250 m de la playa y a 200 m del centro de La Mata. Dispone de un salón-comedor con escritorio de trabajo, Wi-Fi de alta velocidad, aire acondicionado, balcón, cocina totalmente equipada, baño y un pequeño patio. Está situado en una primera planta con ascensor. Muy cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y justo frente al hermoso Parque Natural de las Lagunas de La Mata. A solo 30 minutos del Aeropuerto de Alicante.

Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.
