This vacation getaway is centrally located on LBI in Brant Beach. Perfect for families, this 1st floor unit is only 6 houses from the lifeguarded beach. Just steps from the biking/jogging lane on Ocean Blvd. Daddy O restaurant/takeout/bar and St. Francis church and pool are within walking distance, while Beach Haven's shopping, amusement park, and water park are a short drive. Sunny Day Beach Block Cottage- low cleaning fees

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cute beach block (9 houses from beach) 2nd floor apt that is just one block over to doggy beach/ 4x4 drive on beach (permit needed) which is at the beginning of the three-mile North Beach nature preserve. Just simply beautiful and peaceful! It feels like you are on a deserted island. Let's not forget its only 10 mins away from the excitement of Atlantic City which has some of the best restaurants, casinos and nightlight in the world!

This is a perfect apartment for a beach vacation! Enjoy waterfront views of the bay on both sides of the apartment as well as a private deck with stairs to backyard and lagoon. The ocean, restaurants & bars, and the board walk are all within walking distance. Please be advised, due to the location of this property, it is not suitable for small children who cannot swim.
