U blizini apartmana nalaze se trgovina, ljekarna, pekara, igraliste za djecu, restoran, autobusna stanica, a najbliza plaza udaljena je cca 500 metara. Najpoznatija “Rajska plaža” udaljena je cca 900 metara od naseg apartmana.
