Kuca La Providenca nalazi se u mirnom dijelu grada.Udaljena je od najbliže pješćane plaže 3,5 km. U okolici nalazi se puno markiranih pješaćkih i biciklističkih staza. U vrtu se nalazi velika hidromasažna kada sa sunčalištem i vanjska kuhinja, toalet i IC sauna za hladnije dane. Uz kuću je i spremište za sportsku opremu. Amazing sea view brand new villa with big heated pool, BBQ area, direct sea access - its suitable up to 10 persons with 18000 square meters wood around and no any direct neighbours, 350 m from sea, near Gozinka beach, Suha Punta .Villa is fully equipped, divided in 2 parts in total with 4 double bedrooms & all en suit bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry rooms, wifi, air con, parking & floor heating. Suha Punta is one of the nicest areas on Rab, with plenty of beautiful bays.

Villa is situated in a quiet location and offers a beautiful view of Punat and Košljun island. Outside you will find a heated pool, terrace, seating set , sun loungers, a BBQ and an outdoor dining area. This accommodation is for a maximum of 8 people. The villa has spacious living room, kitchen and a newly built sauna. On the first floor are three en suite bathrooms and rooms with balconies. There is a separate apartment with kitchen and bathroom right next to the house at your disposal.

Villa with private pool, located inside of island Krk, surrounded with trees and greenery, with view on Velebit (Croatian famous mountain), and with view on the Adriatic sea. The house is located outside the noise, crowds and the bustle (like towns at Adriatic coast ), in center of island Krk , in little town called Kras, which local inhabitants call 'the belly button of Krk island' - all towns on coast (Malinska, Šilo, Vrbnik, Punat, Krk etc.) are almost equally distanted from it.
