Just a few blocks to breweries (Odell's- 0.2 mile walk, New Belgium- 0.3 mile!), and a short walk (0.6 mile) to all the restaurants and shops Old Town has to offer. Comes with 2 cruiser bikes! We don’t allow dogs due to other guests’ potential allergies with the one exception being guests who are bringing their dogs to CSU vet. Organic coffee and an assortment of teas provided

Kayak & SUP rentals are available. 20 min from downtown FOCO.

Fort Collins/Horsetooth Reservoir Hideaway

This is a one-of-a-kind find. It's the entire main-level of a home on the edge of endless nature, yet close enough to Fort Collins/CSU to drive there in 20-minutes. It's a hand crafted home with lots of character. Complete with gas fireplace, steam room, bidet, patio and incredible hiking access! Owner lives in the upper level year round and is always handy with recommendations for fun entertainment etc.. Short term boat/trailer parking allowed and is just a 2-minute drive from the boat ramp!

The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Private Suite inside lovely home w/Shared Entry

I reside on the premises. Guests enter through the front door of the house. Just a few steps down to the garden level is a private space with plenty of natural light and convenient amenities like laundry, kitchenette, 3/4 bath. There’s no TV but good but good WiFi and a gas fireplace. It’s in a quiet neighborhood about 3.5 mi. to Old Town Fort Collins and 4.5 to CSU. I will be there to greet you and show you the space on arrival so please let me know an ETA between 5-9PM
