Renovado Bungalow con amplia terraza en la playa Sol11

Ruim, zonnig, volledig gerenoveerd appartement met open keuken in Amerikaanse stijl, op de begane grond, op het strand aan de Mar Menor, gericht op het westen. De woonkamer en het grote terras hebben een panoramisch uitzicht op de eilanden in de zee en de bergen aan de andere kant van de Mar Menor. Het appartement heeft drie slaapkamers, twee badkamers, elk met een douche, een wastafel en een toilet. Een van de badkamers grenst aan de slaapkamer. Er is een apart gastentoilet. De keuken is zeer praktisch en volledig uitgerust met kookgerei en gerechten voor zes personen. Het appartement heeft gratis internet-WiFi. Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid in de urbanisatie die is afgesloten met twee elektrische hekken met afstandsbediening. In de buurt zijn er winkelcentra, supermarkten, bars, winkels, restaurants en het verhuurkantoor Inmovecos. Het Clubhuis, een overdekking met sportuitrusting en -artikelen, fietsen, kano's, strandspeelgoed voor kinderen, etc., ligt op enkele passen van het strand in hetzelfde Soling-gebouw. Het is een zeer gezellig appartement om een vakantie zonder zorgen door te brengen.

House Doña Pepa

The house is located 30 minutes by car from the airport. The living room, the kitchen and the restroom are downstairs, two bedrooms, the bathroom and the terrace are upstairs. Two yards are at the back and in the front of the house. It belongs to the residence Fortuna with a common park and a large swimming pool with one part given over to children. There is a life guard at the height of the season. Markets and restaurants are not too far. Some beaches are at the distance of 15 minutes by car.

Lugares de interés: increíbles vistas, arte y cultura, restaurantes y comida, el centro de la ciudad de Cartagena y Murcia. Es una casa de 200 años restaurada donde se respira tranquilidad y salud. Estamos al pie del parque natural de Carrascoy. Tenemos servicio de fisioterapia. En el territorio de la finca hay una piscina sobre 5 metros (común para todos los vecinos), dos zonas de barbacoa y un patio común. A lo largo del territorio existen diferentes zonas separadas.

Bel appartement moderne 3 chambres

Superbe appartement totalement équipée pour des vacances sans soucis, situé dans une enceinte comprenant : air de jeu pour enfants, terrain de paddel (genre de tennis), mini-golf et piscine avec jet d'eau et jaccuzi. Je voudrais vous informer qu'un contrat de location doit être signé avant de séjourner dans le logement; ce contrat précise simplement la part du loyer entre le mobilier et logement mais ne change rien au montant repris sur Rbnb et aux autres conditions.
