We loved Casa Mariposa—everything was just as described on the platform. It's located 20 minutes from Tamarindo and very close to our family, which was essential for us. All the rooms have good air conditioning and ceiling fans, perfect for such hot weather. The pool was super clean, and the water was amazing. The house is fully equipped, and the garage fits two large cars. My only comment is that the kitchen and living room get quite hot; I would recommend installing an AC unit for that area in the future. Ronny is a wonderful person—attentive and constantly checking in on us.

We had a great time in Samara! The book of local recommendations was such a nice touch - we loved visiting several of the beaches, restaurants, and stores. It was also lovely having the pool at the house to help with the hot temperatures!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Arbel’s house in Tamarindo! The property was stunning—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with all the amenities we needed for a perfect vacation. The pool was a highlight, and the location was ideal, just a quick drive to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Arbel was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Communication was prompt and friendly, making us feel truly welcomed. We’d highly recommend Arbel’s place to anyone visiting Tamarindo and can’t wait to return

as a lot of the reviews stated. the dogs can be a bit loud but not loud enough to not have a great time. the cats that hung out on the porch absolutely made the trip and I'm not even a real cat guy

The house was exactly as pictured and everything our family needed. The caretaker Vidal was always available and extremely helpful! We had a wonderful stay. Loved having our own private pool and a few steps from the beach. The beach was never crowded, felt almost private too!

This place was amazing. Very easy to get around to restaurants and the beach. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Mia - Beach Walk Bungalows. This is an amazing place and the surroundings are so peaceful. The pool, beach and howler monkeys were highlights of our stay. Jessica was very responsive and gave us suggestions for things around. It would be good to have a vehicle here, however we made out great without for 3 weeks. The “container” is more spacious then you imagine and the kitchen has more than most air B&B. We enjoyed the deck so very much and was a very peaceful spot. The pool was always super clean and refreshing. Don’t pass on this property. Hope you love it as much as we did!! We have already talked about when we will be coming back.

Casa Plumería es una casa de espacios abiertos espectacular. Una casa moderna de una planta con áreas iluminadas y frescas, que permiten disfrutar enormemente de todos los espacios. Nos pareció que la cocina estaba muy completa para una casa de playa y nos encantó el área de grill con refrigerador exterior para poder disfrutar de la piscina. El bonfire pit definitivamente fue un bonus. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado, permitiendo que nuestras vacaciones fueran perfectas. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos por acá.

We loved our stay so much, the space is beautiful with lots of natural light, great studio layout. Mariel was very helpful throughout our stay, and it was so nice to do a Pilates class in her studio which is on the same property. It's in a very peaceful part of Tamarindo, but still close by to the town center. We will definitely stay here again in the future! It's my fave place I've stayed in Tamarindo thus far, and I go often. Happy to have found this gem. Thanks Mariel for making our stay amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay! This location is perfect if you want to be close to Tamarindo but not in the busy downtown area. It is also situated close to several restaurants (we enjoyed all! Plus smoothies Nextdoor) and a small grocery store. We were able to uber, scooter and walk to Tamarindo. Overall this property is beautiful!!

We LOVED the space. It was well stocked. Very clean and the over all facilities were amazing. The pool area is beautiful and very clean. Very responsive host and had some great recommendations for things to do and places to shop and eat. Will definitely be back and recommend to stay. Pura Vida!

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was lovely and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. We loved the balcony and the beautiful trees and plants surrounding the pool. The swinging chair was a real treat for me. The host was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. It was great having a washer and dryer on site.

Most beautiful view of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Loved the ocean breeze, stunning sunsets and hearing the waves crashing on the shore. The drive way is pretty steep and too narrow for my comfort and so I used the extra space on the street for the week. It worked out fine. Excellent communication with the host. Make sure you visit the private beach down the street. Taco place at the corner before the hill is excellent. Check them out on Tuesdays for a great deal. Monday nights is the craft fair. Worth checking out. Bought beautiful handmade cutting board. Rented my car from Economy across from the taco place. Excellent customer service. Paid $379 for eight days with airport drop off.

Go to the main office to check in which isn’t marked- we had to ask. The apartments are not marked with address. You need to remember where it is. The home was clean, beds were comfortable. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer. We loved Las Catalinas. Definitely check out the beach club if looking for a pool, gym, or laid back scene to get food and drinks. Would recommend to others.

I really appreciate the stay in tamarindo in Stephanie apartment.she was very helpful suggesting main attractions and she also replied very quick to our request.the apartment is close to center you can reach walkimg few mins

We loved our time at Camille’s place! It’s incredible and I can’t say enough how clean everything was, how safe we felt, how helpful/kind/friendly the hosts were, and how beautiful it is. We traveled with two children and they loved the pool and we felt completely safe and at home here. Such a wonderful area to stay in CR as well.

Kimberly’s place was spacious and virtually perfect. Loved the design and kitchen had EVERYTHING! Pool great. We even had monkeys outside our kitchen window! Only minor issues were water pressure/temp control in master bath and a loud A/C in master bedroom (I use ear plugs so it didn’t bother me but my partner had some difficulty sleeping the one night with it).

This apartment was a fantastic find. My favorite part was the rooftop patio, which had stunning views of the bay and unforgettable sunsets every evening. The complex has several pools, and my husband and I found our favorite: a shaded one with plenty of loungers and chairs, perfect for cooling off during the 35°C days. The location is ideal — just a short walk to the beach, neighbourhood restaurants, and coffee shops. We even caught a Toronto Maple Leafs playoff game at The Wave bar nearby! 8 minute walk to main street, where we discovered some great restaurants and charming shops. I even bought a beautiful ring at Amano Jewelry, a locally owned shop run by a husband and wife team who sell their own creations along with pieces by other local artists. Dorita was a wonderful host. Her instructions were clear and helpful. She was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended — we’d absolutely stay here again!

The place is charming, very clean and tidy, and the smell of wood is pleasant. Very comfortable and beautiful. The view is spectacular. A very safe and lovely place, with many trails, a golf course, and a beach club with a pool, restaurant, and spa. The apartment has a washing machine and a very well-equipped kitchen. The beds are king-size and very comfortable. The shower in the master bathroom only has hot water, so if you want cold or cool water, you'll need to use the second bathroom. The beach is far from the apartment, but the walk to the beach club is worth it. Chris always responded to our questions and was very kind and approachable. We really liked it and will definitely return.

Loved our time at this beautiful spot! The view onto the beach and watching sunsets from the deck was stunning. Very comfortable accommodation, spacious and clean. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Great all around.

Excellent place to stay. Really nice atmosphere. Perfect distance to everything. Could easily picture living here. Diana was very responsive and informative. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We really loved Diana’s place.

This is a beautiful condo that was well-appointed and spotless. Instructions were very clear and the guide in the condo suggested GREAT restaurants in the area. The clubhouse pool is amazing with a nice golf course view. Access to the beach club pools and beach are definitely one of the highlights. Amazing! Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun experience at Playa Conchal.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Playa del coco grâce à Scott! Tout a commencé par son accueil chaleureux lors de notre arrivée. Il est un hôte très soucieux des voyageurs du début jusqu'au départ, nous avons pu discuter avec lui. Il nous a fait de bonnes suggestions de restaurant et d'activités. La cuisine est très bien équipé, il y a de tout pour cuisiner et de bonne qualité. Les espaces sont propres et bien entretenus, incluant la piscine. Un dépanneur est à proximité. La plage est à 2 minutes à pied. Scott a tout prévu, même les chaises de plages et les chaises pour la piscine (ce qui n'est pas toujours inclus dans les autres ). On peut y entendre les singes hurleurs ainsi que les vagues par moment. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

Muy buena atención x por parte del anfitrión. Muchos utensilios de cocina, y ofrece suministros y regalías que en otros hospedajes donde me he alojado no lo dan. Aseo impecable, y el lugar muy tranquilo, muy cerca del centro de tamarindo.
