The air BnB was very clean and had all the amenities a family could ask for, very nice location on a beautiful secluded lot. The hot tub was one of the nicest hot tubs I’ve been in. Slate pool table kept us entertained for hours. Fully stocked kitchen was very nice has everything we need to cook breakfast in the morning. The water pressure was awesome and water got hot quickly! Overall we had a great experience and will be back in the future! I strongly recommend this Airbnb! It comfortably slept 8 people and we had a great time!

It was a great stay for our group attending the derby! The peace and space of the cabin was perfect offset of the official derby activities. Thanks for the great 5 Star stay!

Absolute stunning house. It was great with the group of 14 people we had. Everyone had plenty of space and lots to do. The hosts were very responsive. Would definitely like to come back again.

I'm 100% recommend her place. The hot tub was absolutely amazing. her response time is so fast and she's very accommodating. next time we come through we will be staying with her again.

No surprises for what you’re getting here, nice private location, beautiful open space to hang out, bedrooms for everyone, and good distance between bourbon country and downtown Louisville

“If my words did glow with the gold of sunshine”…The Ripple Inn was an awesome cabin with a lot of the amenities of home. That comes in handy when traveling with a little one. Upon arrival check in was super easy, the place was clean, and the hot tub was ready for use. Cell service was spotty but wifi solved that problem. Gas and charcoal grills for outdoor cooking options. Great view pretty much surrounding the property. Host was responsive and very descriptive with directions, check in/out instructions, as well as with suggestions of things to do locally. “Reach out your hand, if your cup be empty” and fill it with some of the sweet nectar being made at one of the near by distilleries.

This Cabin was perfect for our family to stay for our son’s baseball tournament in Kentucky! From check in to check out, everything went great. It is the most beautiful cabin I’ve ever stayed in! The pictures are accurate but definitely don’t do it justice😉 The kitchen was fully stocked for us to be able to cook dinner and prep lunches for the baseball field! The beds were all very comfortable to get a good nights sleep. We spent most of our time at the cabin when we weren’t at baseball. Our favorite parts- Hot tub and fire pit Game room Loft living room with the most comfortable couch for movies. The beautiful outdoor cat, Buttercup. The girls loved her so much, they wanted to bring her home😂❤️ Josh and Kimberly were the best hosts. Great communication. They left little snacks for us with our unexpected late check in. I couldn’t recommend this cabin enough. If we’re ever in the area, we will definitely book with them again!☺️ Ps-Watch your head on the car port if you’re tall?

It’s hard to leave a place that is literally your dream home, and this cabin was that! Myself, my father, and a few friends had an amazing 2 night stay here, enjoying the still peacefulness of the property, or having a cup of coffee on the deck. We also enjoyed a nice walk in the woods directly behind the property! I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone, and I will definitely be back!

The Writers Den was above and beyond what we expected and we were so lucky to be that close to Churchill Downs. Absolutely loved everything about the cabin. Hearing the birds in the morning was lovely

This place was so clean, neat, and homey. We loved the quiet, peaceful location. We traveled with our three young children (ages 6, 4, and 1) and felt bad that they were so loud in the evening as we shared a wall with the owner. I'm sure they could hear all the screaming and crying that was going on. I wasn't aware that we would be so close to others as we try to keep our distance with our loud kids to keep from disrupting others. There was a friendly neighborhood cat that my youngest was crazy about! The cat ran righti n the front door and was super affectionate.

Cozy and comfy cabin, however,no washing machine as indicated in the ad. It matters if you want to stay longer than a weekend. Overall,great place for great outdoors with even greater purpose of supporting and honoring our soldiers.

Dominique’s cabin is amazing! Peaceful surroundings. We booked for the Kentucky Derby and could not have been more happy with the place. Only wish I could have spent more time there. Will definitely try to make it back up in the winter to use the fireplace. She is the most gracious host I’ve ever had. Even had fresh flowers waiting on the table for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Stayed for work, will be back for pleasure. This place is absolutely amazing, the only neighbors you hear are the turkeys. I can’t put into words how much I enjoyed this stay. It was everything and more

I booked this room for a long weekend mostly because of the reviews I read and I do not regret it. The property was absolutely gorgeous, rich in history and areas to explore. The house was spotless and so charming. Lastly, the hosts were very helpful and responsive. This Airbnb stay topped all of our previous stays and we cannot wait until we come back to this location. I highly recommend to book this spot if it is available!

Wonderful experience at Boone’s Cabin! Secluded setting in a great location for the Bourbon Festival. Cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sheila was very proactive and even got us in early! Would definitely visit again.

If I could give this 10 stars I would! Beautiful little Cabin with so much history inside. Full kitchen, Cozy living area, sleep number bed was very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, so many flowers, plants, trees, just perfections and very quiet. Tammy and Jane greeted us as we checked in and showed us around. Tammy also made us breakfast every morning, fresh and homemade and even a to go basket on our last morning. The neighborhood is very peaceful. We were visiting for the derby and wished we had more time to enjoy this little peace of beauty!
