The lakefront unit has a separate entrance from the owner-occupied floor and features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, parking for two cars, porch and grill.

We're located right off I-70 next to Georgetown, about 45 min from Denver, and 10 min to Loveland Ski Area.

Amazing Mountain Views

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Located just 20 mins from the ski slopes, 35 mins from Denver & only 5 minutes from downtown Idaho Springs. No pets allowed. Bedroom 2 is a tiny sleeping loft w/o a door.
