The home was absolutely beautiful, and we had a wonderful stay! Would 100% book this Airbnb again!

You can watch Eagles!! My husband, the eagle fanatic, was absolutely in awe of the natural surroundings and the amazing views we had from the home... a bottom deck and an upstairs deck off of the master bedroom! Also, the beds were super-duper comfortable and the kitchen and master bathroom were incredibly spacious!

The cottage is exactly as described. nice, quiet and relaxing. Full size hot tub was the perfect end to the day

I had a very relaxing time here. My inquiry was responded to very quickly. I booked roughly 2 hrs before check in. Same day booking. I had no problems at all. The home is set up for guests. From nightlights in the bathroom and hallway to their coffee stand with different coffees, syrups, tea,etc. They even noticed I had a hard time lifting the hot tub top and sent someone over to help. I didn’t even have to ask. I don’t always feel at home some place new but I felt so comfortable and at home there. The owners are very kind and hospitable. I plan on returning for sure

Y’all! Robert was my first ever host for Airbnb and I couldn’t have asked for a more chill guy. I told Robert 2 weeks in advance I had to change my dates from 2 nights to a night and he changed it with no questions asked. Even tho the bed were pull out couches, the mattress wasn’t hard and I rested pretty well. This cottage is the size of a small studio apartment and it was perfect for a mini get away from Michigan. Only complaint is that I wanted to sign the guest book but no pen was provided, so bring a pen with you to sign! Also the trail to get to this cottage is narrow, STEEP and bumpy , so please drive safe. Recommend this place for adventurers and would be better to book during the warmer weather to get the full experience.

This was our 2nd time at this Airbnb, and we came back for a reason! Communication is amazing! The space offers everything needed when trying to just get away! We love the hot tub and bubble room! Can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing ! We come here multiple times. Our kids love it we love it! The water is so relaxing & breathtaking! Especially at 6 am with the sun rising and the boats lining up to head out. The kayaks are super fun!! Love the house so much. She even allows your furry pets🩵 Tina is an amazing host! One of the best.

Truly enjoyed the stay! Just what I was looking for! Quiet space and great location! Loved being on the river!

We loved this place. It was clean, it had plenty of amenities and was minutes from the water. Our kids enjoyed walking on the beach and collecting shells and my daughter loved the swing set in the front yard! If you have young children this is a great spot!

What a wonderful host and place! Very cozy and very homey. Worked great for the five of us. Very nice big yard for the dog and kids to run. The place was easy to find and easy access to main roads. And ice cream barn only a mile away!

We were very comfortable during our stay at the cottage by the river. The place was very roomy and we loved the screened in porch, which is one of the reasons that I selected it. My husband appreciated the off-street parking, which was so convenient for loading and unloading the car. Very walkable neighborhood, which is high on my priority list for Airbnbs. We had a little trouble at first with the Keurig, but figured it out. We travel to Maumee often to visit family, and would definitely stay again .

We have stayed at the cottage several times but this was the best of all! May has updated and renovated the cottage with fresh paint, a new sectional sofa in the living room looking out to the beautiful view of the lake out back, new lighting, and other new furniture & furnishings. The king size bed is huge and so comfy, we slept great! We will always stay at the cottage when in the area.

Evolve provides a great space that is peaceful and warm. It has everything you need. Their high standards made us so comfortable. We were very pleased with the rental and will come back soon!

We throughly enjoyed staying at Jeff’s place. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is walkable to cute downtown Sylvania and grocery store. The house itself was very clean with modern amenities. Our family of four were very comfortable at the house. We would highly recommend this place.

The place matches everything about the description and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. We stayed during the late fall so it was quiet and peaceful and the lake view is amazing.
