Idéal pour les familles, le gîte est intégré à notre maison mais totalement indépendant et vous offre des prestations de qualité. Dans un environnement champêtre et calme, vous profiterez de la sérénité du lieu avec en prime une vue sans vis-à-vis face aux champs et au lac. Eté comme hiver, vous aurez rapidement accès aux loisirs et plaisirs du lac Léman ou de la montagnes : 10mn Evian(lac),10 mn stations ski.

Het appartement met een panoramisch uitzicht op het meer van Genève, ligt in Thollon les Memises (950 m). Op slechts 10 minuten met de auto van het meer en 2 minuten van het skigebied. Het appartement bevindt zich op de tweede (bovenste) etage, van een chalet. Er zijn geen directe overburen aan zowel de voor- als aan de achterzijde, hierdoor is er een vrij uitzicht en privacy. Het biedt plaats aan 2 personen met eventueel een baby. Winkels (kaaswinkel, kleine supermarkt) zijn op loopafstand.

Hello, It rarely snows here, but we are only 15 minutes from the Thollon-les-Mémises and Bernex ski resorts, and 1 hour from the Portes du Soleil (Morzine). We rent a 45 m² apartment on the ground floor of our house with a lake view. It is fully independent, with parking and access to a double-fenced garden.
