Note for 2024. We have reduced our listing price by 20% for the year as there is construction work happening locally. Some works may be quiet or hundreds of meters away and past guests have said that it has not been a problem for them. We do want to be completely honest with potential guests. The Villa is on an exclusive private complex. 3 stories, with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, balcony and roof terrace and garden. Fibre internet. Sleeps 10 + cot or z bed (extra cost) 5 bedroom villa with private pool and bbq. Only 500 meters from Coelha beach, has excellent beach bar restaurant plus others in walking distance. No need for a car One of the few modern builds close to the beach. Located at the end of a quiet road close to amenaties plenty for children to do.Air con and wifi included.Please note in high season changeover is Saturday only.We like to be flexible in other seasons please ask.Monthly rates only apply Nov-March.
